Nice picture there of Steed in a fulham shirt, very spurs..hyeuk, hyeuk..a fuck it lol
They really don't look anything alike.
That time you spent on Google Images, searching for a picture of [Cartman], could have been spent learning an instrument or a new language - Something beneficial to society - rather than this poor excuse for a lookalikes joke.
Thanks for ruining my life.
I think that's what they call OWNED :lol:A bit self-destructive, aren't we...
Steed is an excellent player, but doesn't have a position. In the last couple of years we seem to have signed a fair few players who certainly have some very decent attributes, but aren't particuarly suited to 442 Prem football. Steed is along with Berbs and the Hudd, one of our most technically players, but is he good enough to play out wide, or does he have the physical capabilites to get up and down the pitch in a CM of a 442? I'd say no way. To me Steed is a number 10, and should be played like Elano, Riquelme or Kaka in a 451. Whilst he is tenacious and will get stuck in, there is no getting around the fact he's a little squat man and is never gooing to be able to cover the ground effectively enough in a 2 CM. So, in short, I think he is one of our best players, but not suited to 442 football, making him a bit of a strange signing. Having said that, i think he's been a credit to the club this season and one of our best performers, which in itself is worrying. Over the last 2 years we seem to be buying an awful lot of players who have talent is certain areas, but aren't suitable for the type of football we play. Kaboul has obvious great talent, but people are already suggesting he is more suited to a DM role than a CB role. Zokora has recently shown what a different player he can be when not playing in a 2 man CM. Was Ghakly really a wide player? No, but i wouldn't trust him in the middle either. Chimbonda is great going forward, but is he really a defender. The same can be said of BAE. It's a worrying trend. We keep buying players without portfolio. I think it would be nice if we bought a CB to play CB, a DM to play DM and a LW to play on the LW.

Im gonna get some negative rep for this...
But, Steed Malbranque...
Isn't he... a bit shit?
 The lad is really an unsung hero. To me he has been the creative player we have had, loved to see him play in his real position ! :grin:No way! There are three players that, for me, have performed consistently well this season: Bale, Keane and Malbranque.
