Has anyone else noticed Real Madrid's complete inaction in the transfer market? All they've done is sell some players and buy Morata (who I think they'll re-sell next year). They're not even rumoured to be after any major players either. Unless you consider Moussa Sissoko to be a major player.

This all in front of a likely transfer ban as well - very confusing.

After this comment I'm now expecting to see headlines tomorrow reading "Real in £200m Spurs spending spree. Dier, Alli, Kane and Lamela all up for grabs." :censored:

Not even worried at the moment. Even if they could unsettle one of our players they don't have the time to do it and not have Levy have an accidentally faulty fax machine on deadline day like United did last season.

Oh I agree, just messing about.

Ayew to West Ham confirmed. Their fans are already proclaiming he is better than Lamela.

Reading this thread, I was intrigued as to who has been splashing the cash in recent years.
The transfer league website appears to be up to date, including Zlatan etc (not Pogba) but I really couldn't believe the figures for us.

Although this is a "non-Spurs" transfer thread (and the figures do reflect 19 non-spurs teams..) I was surprised we really were at the bottom of the net spend league. I know Levy is jokingly known as Mr Net Spend, but I don't think I'd appreciated that we were the only club who has managed this in the last 5 years.

I can't vouch for the accuracy, but the "by the club" pages seem ok on the two I clicked on. Fascinating.

He's fairly average, isn't he. You can rest easy!

Oh no, you misunderstand, I have no fears of Ayew coming good, no I was simply pointing out that being blood-related to a yiddo still doesn't exempt a Spammer from being a deluded moron.

Andre Ayew is a decent player, but not much more than that. Granted, I did want us to sign him last summer before he went to Swansea.

I thought Andre Ayew has been quite impressive for Swansea and think he's a very good signing for them.

Jese to PSG. A good signing for them I think.
Do you think they agreed to call him Jay M and promote his awesome music as part of his contract....... :cautious:

@KILLA_SIN, you know that is actually Jese the football player right? Not sure why I get WTF rating for that, although I completely share your feelings regarding his music.

Well they have Asensio coming through who they think can be a home made galactico. Their squad is pretty strong with Morata to compete with Benzema now.

Manchester City city send Geronimo Rulli back to Real Sociedad on loan with an option to buy?

Didn't they just buy him or buy part of him or loan him?.....now he is back out the door?

Pretty good prospect so i guess it is good that he isn't staying with City, the team that owned him without really owning him?

He's a good player and will certainly score a few, but he's also prone to slacking, compare that to Kane and Janssen, two players who put it in every game and can score plenty.

Ha! That is actually really uncomfortable viewing! He is trying to act all hard and "ghetto" and actually just looks like that bloke from East 17!!

Didn't Ayew get sent off at west ham for smashing cresswell off the ball. Elbow to the head.?

"Aaron meet Andre", "Yeah, are you not the **** that assaulted me"?
