Like i sayTielemans makes Hojbjerg seem rapid. He's usually blowing out of his arse by the 60th minute. Couldn't think of a more unsuited player to play in our CM2.

Said it a few weeks ago and after the weekend I'm more convinced - Jacob Ramsey is a future star. I am sure at some point all the big clubs will set their sights on him and we should be in the hunt.
Totally agree, wish we’d swoop early for him this summer and even overpay his current rate to get him.Said it a few weeks ago and after the weekend I'm more convinced - Jacob Ramsey is a future star. I've seen a lot of people talking about Tielemans' athleticism. In my opinion, it is not necessarily a problem for us. Jorginho has the athleticism of a granny but the quality/compactness of Tuchel's system compensates for this most of the time. Additionally, he plays next to either Kova or Kante who cover loads of ground. It's the same for us with Winks and would be the same with Tielemans. Winks and Hojbjerg is a weak pivot because neither Winks or Hojbjerg are great athletes, so despite the compactness of our system they suffer. However, when one of them is paired with Bentancur they look a lot better because Bentancur covers loads of ground and is surprisingly athletic. It would be the same with Tielemans. Pair Tielemans with Hojbjerg/Winks and we'd have issues. Pair him with someone more athletic and he would be fine and as a team we would benefit massively from his technical level and ball striking which is better than all of our other midfielders.Tielemans makes Hojbjerg seem rapid. I did agree with this post but the more I think about it, he’s absolutely quality on the ball and would provide flexibility formationally. He certainly fits in with what Conte has done in the past with a 3 man midfield. It’s actually interesting that he’s found so much success in Leicester’s midfield 2 since he entered the league, because the reason I agree with this post is that I think he’s a terrible fit for Conte’s midfield 2. Numerous athletic deficiencies and doesn’t cover much ground. I do think there are some stamina issues as well. However, with upwards of 55 games next season, he’s certainly a great option to have with his on-ball quality and will play plenty of games, and as I said, I like him in a 3 and I’d assume if we get him we’ll be seeing more of the 352. As I think his deficiencies would be masked and strengths amplified playing that way. He wants to leave, and with a year left on his deal, means he’ll be cheap for someone of his technical ability.I hope we don't go for Tielemans. He's a good player, although I think people have always been a bit OTT in here about him, but I just don't see him fitting in here with this system.
Looks a bit disinterested to me this season too which is a red flag.
The problem with this is Conte has been very clear through his career that he want a “reference point” number 9 in his system.I would love to go for Nkunku.
Personally I would sack off signing a sterotypical number 9 who's just going to sit on the bench and I'd go for a flexible attacker who can play across the front 3, just like City and Liverpool do.
Nkunku would fit that role perfectly as he can play inside left or inside right and even as a striker.
I'd sell Lucas and bring Nkunku in, keep Bergwijn and go with these 5 as our main attacking options:
Kane
Son
Kulusevski
Nkunku
Bergwijn
Could then have one of Scarlett or Parrott as the 6th option who won't get much gametime. In fact loan them both out for alternating 6 month periods.
In no way is he like Ndombele. He’s been a top performer in this league since he signed for them. Like many players he has strengths and weaknesses and needs the correct blend of midfielders around him to perform best.Like i say

Agree. I feel almost all the RWBs we’ve been linked are lacking in one or two areas, including Singo whose passing looks average at best.
On the other hand, Molina looks good-to-strong in all departments. Plus he has a devastating shot in his locker, too. He’s my current top RWB pick this summer…
I also like the looks of Pedro Porro at Sporting and obviously Livramento at Southampton, but the latter will be almost impossible to pry away from his parent club.
And Calvin Robinson at Aberdeen looks a great young talent. He’d be a really good buy-and-loan signing for the future.
This graph is great for seeing how dominant Kane is. But can’t help but think Toney would be outstanding business as our extra striker. He has the ability to play off the shoulder or could come deep. Would love to see defences figure us what to do with him and our front three’s movement
Yeah, I always find it funny he's the one Poch gets chastised for and I find him pretty overrated as well.I hope we don't go for Tielemans. He's a good player, although I think people have always been a bit OTT in here about him, but I just don't see him fitting in here with this system.

Also shows what a good young player Joao Pedro is. Lots of Watford fans and players rave about him. Danny Rose said in an interview when asked who shocked him the most at Watford with their ability that Joao Pedro was the player that stood out
his run and shot at the weekend was Giggs vs Arsenal esque. Thank God Hugo is better than Seaman.Said it a few weeks ago and after the weekend I'm more convinced - Jacob Ramsey is a future star. I am sure at some point all the big clubs will set their sights on him and we should be in the hunt.
Yeah big fan of him too, but think his numbers are skewed here by not playing as an out-and-out striker, and more of wide forward or even winger. He is more Son that Kane in comparison, but think he is a massive talent. Also shows what a good young player Joao Pedro is. Lots of Watford fans and players rave about him. It’s not the most compelling argument though is it?Fair point.
In games against lesser teams, there wont be the need to press as hard, the key will be more quality on the ball.
In the big games, play Bentancur + Skipp/Hojbjerg.
A solid player with passing range, straight line speed is there, not so much on the turn. He’s actually very similar to Dier, who has improved in the back 3. Ginter would be fine cover/competition. Not exciting, but experienced and reliable who will be a positive in the build up. And for free, I don’t see a downside except adding a non-HG player to the team and the fact I see Rodon as fine cover as well in the CCB position. To those that have watched Ginter more then myself over the years, what would your opinions be if we were to bring him in on a free as cover for Dier and Romero, which would allow us to sell both Sanchez and Rodon and generate some money towards the top LCB option?
