How do you know I don't know Lucas that much? Lots of presumptions being made here.Sorry, but that's just your opinion. The "truth" here is subjective. Maybe you know Malcom but you don't know Lucas that much.
I completely disagree he looks for a pass rather than a dribble.
Im sorry you've lost me. Picking the lock is exactly what he's doing this season, hence the 15 passes directly resulting in goals!
I really don't get this new thing about judging a player for his stats. Football is not the NHL
For instance, a simple pass in midfield to a player that then dribbles past 3 players and scores, counts as an assist.
The only stats that should count are the number of goals for a striker, and the goals conceded for a defense. The rest are not a fair representation of what happens.

Yet in every one of your posts you talk as if your stating facts. Shutting down othee ppls opinions. As for presumptions you said "you don't know Lucas".I didn't make any presumption. I said maybe that's what makes our opinions different.
At least I talk about opinions. You talk about truths, as if you had the absolute truth about a subjective topic as this one.
Not sure I could disagree more strongly - 99% of the contributions players make are about what they do when we are not scoring goals. The only stats that should count are the number of goals for a striker, and the goals conceded for a defense. The rest are not a fair representation of what happens.

Seen as I lived in Brazil for 4 years, have friends who know the styles of these players, listen to pundits in Brazil talk about them, then yeah I've got a pretty good understanding of what these players are like.
You've got a funny way of debating it.

Even "goals for a striker" really sells Kane short for his contributions. He leads the league in scoring, and it still understates what he does to help this team win.
I posted in the Dele thread - but Son's goal last weekend - Dele helped turn the ball over, Kane takes the ball down the wing, Dele continues his run, and draws the CB out of position to cover Dele's run, Kane makes a great pass, and Sonny made a gut-busting run to hit the perfect header back across the goal. That goal does not happen without the contributions of all three players.
If you are only looking at goals - you are missing 99% of the match - because, even if the keeper had saved Son's header - it was a fantastic effort.
Sorry but Liverpool are adding a CM in Keita that’s averaging 10 goals and 10 assists a season that would make a massive difference to us that’s 20 extra goals that’s huge.
Would love him but do you think Manu, Chelsea, Man City or even Liverpool would sit idly by and not Gazump us?
I agree with all that but I am still suffering from WillianitisHe was on the verge of signing with us before. I think we have a good chance. Specially after he said he talked with Poch.
He's the only player that's been linked that would give us a real step up from our current level. A real improvement on our starting 11.
Sess, Malcom and the rest are very good players whom I'd like to sign, but they won't improve us right away like Isco would
Arturo Vidal. With Goretzka going to Bayern, Vidal is the established player we need.
Most of those are simple passes that Kane transformed into goal with his own ability, not because Alli left him open.
The 7 assist by Trippier are more valuable imo
