Don't be silly man. Good job you weren't around during the war, you yellow bellied, knee trembling, slack jawed Jessie.

We'll spank them 6 -0 . They are so shit that even Bent will grab a goal.

I would say, like I have been saying for YEARS, that we need some solid defensive players. Which we do. Which everyone seems to have forgotten about in all this striker bullshit.

Fucking centre back and a holding mid PLEASE.

Trust me. No Spurs fan has forgotten that we need a centre back and defensive midfielder. Everyone is saying it. Maybe you should explore the forums a little more

We will definitely win if King plays at the back.Otherwise I'd be worried with the lack of defensive helf from our midfield. Also I'd like Bentley and Bale to start on the wings, don't like Lennon.

You obviously know better, charlatan.

Can we fast-track you into Management? Or maybe some sort of institution.

I know this may sound crazy. But just bear with me, because I think you can take it. The reason you don't know what they "were playing out this windows" is simply that you do not know what they were playing out this window. You don't know anything. Apparently about much else either, but, let's not get too personal. You don't know the ins and outs of every deal, you don't know what was said in dressing rooms or conversations between personnel, management and board of directors and chairman. You know nothing, except what your Red Top is bleeting at you, with it's conveniently located tits on page 3.

The best way to deal with something one considers foolish is to deride, belittle, patronise, condescend and make it seem beyond the realms of any sort of logic.

Well since that's already been done, by yourself, this will be awfully easy.

How. Just how on this Earth does any fan's thinking have any profound effect on anything except on his or her own life? You make it sound like the fact that some of us don't think we'll finish in the Top 4 is somehow causing us to underperform. What? Just, what?

And if I'm correct, we are (yes I can confirm) ONE game into the season. And that was away from home. That could have gone either way. Yet you in your infinite football manager wisdom have decided that we're fucked and we've blown it. Already. Despite being ONE point behind last year's champions, with a home game in hand on them. Now I'm not saying we're going to be title contenders but let us just get back to some sort of semblance of reality.

You have every right to complain, of course you do, but we don't have to sit down and listen and take it without reply. You seem miserable, like someone that permanently depresses. My nan's like this on occasion; declaring Phillips-Odowu (the triple jumper) useless because he didn't win a gold and that he never looked like he was going to win it. Is this you? Are you this person? Because if so, change the record. It's getting old.

How about you get behind your team, stop fucking moaning and whinging and playing the victim the whole time, grab hold of your balls and declare yourself a man. A man that doesn't whinge. A man that supports his football club, through thick and thin and will just once give someone the benefit of the doubt and trust.

It should also be noted at this point, after I've stepped off the soap box, that there are a good 9 days left to sign new players for our potentially 60 game season.

That is all. Goodnight.

No, I have more knowledge, I am right, and good, not before time. :-D

The fact that you associate posts with knowledge suggests an immediate inferiority complex, so while your playing your violin or pink oboe, I suggest you address that too.

"to be fair we got behind them at Boro".

You booed Berbatov. It's fucking disgraceful.

And now reality has hit. Shit.

Regardless of the whining and crying that will be happening soon. COME ON YOU SPURS!

It is only 2 games against a decent young team and a completely different Sunderland squad from last year. They will push for a top 10 finish this year.

The season isn't over yet and has barely begun. United won the league last season after a shitty start. We can come back from this start.

I have a strong sense of de ja vu.

Awful start AGAIN.

And I can't see where the goals are coming from at the moment.

From these two games we've had, 4-5-1 is not working. And Bentley needs to be played in his proper position as soon as possible.

It wasn't smash and grab in my opinion. They were just better than us today. :-(

Tim : Team Leader don't mean anything mate.

Gareth : Excuse me, it means I'm leader of a team.

No it doesn't. It's a title someone's given you to get you to do something they don't want to do for free - it's like making the div kid at school milk monitor. No one respects it.

I think they do.

No they don't Gareth.

Erm yes they do, cos if people were rude to me then I used to give them their milk last... so it was warm.

Why wasn't Bentley on the right and Giovanni on the left????

given that we dont currently have a target man this ploy is deployed to effect bentsley cutting in from the left and shooting, gio cutting in from the right and shooting, i guess..

since gio didnt play from the start ^^^

Obviously Ramos knows what hes doing but it fucking grates on me that everyone outside of him would play Gunter, they would play Bentley on the right and modric in an advanced position.

The momentum was lost after Keane was sold all they had to do was buy a decent forward and a decent DM, then sell berba this would have kept the feeling in the club one of moving forward.

What they ended up doing was nothing and all that has happened is doubt and indecision has crept in.

The only thing that can happen now to stave off another mediocre season (in a long line of them for me as a spurs fan) is signings of the calibre of a D.Villa and a top class DM , decent will not do it now.

I just hope to god that Ramos isnt sooo stubborn as to start the team in the positions they have for the last two weeks.
