Fuck me nobody died, the pile on has been quite an eye opener.

The reason the team didn't play well yesterday is because we didn't have a striker on the pitch, if you noticed nobody was playing well until the substitutions.

I actually think it's more disrespectful that our board delivers unbalanced squads for us season after season.

How many seasons have we only had one striker?

Which coincided with Ndombele going off. His attitude stinks.

Where I was I didn't hear boos when he was subbed, when he stopped to have a picnic in the centre circle (exaggeration I know, but thats what it felt like!) The boos started to tell him to get off the pitch. The prick actually SLOWED down, thats when the booing really took off.

Whilst I agree with the sentiment, in this case the boos were completely justified.

I've never seem something so unprofessional, 15 mins ish to go, one nil down in a cup tie and he does that....

d'ya ever think he slowed down cos he was lapping up the boo's? Perhaps he thought the fans were booing because they thought he shouldn't be subbed. Is that possible? I didn't see it but TN is so detached from the fans that he may have imagined this.

That's a next level of delusion from him if he really thought that.

He wasn’t booed off because of how he played. He was booed because of how slowly he was leaving the pitch. It’s not any more complicated than that.

That's fine, I just don't agree with booing a spurs player. Cheer and sing for Skipp coming on , shout and roar to fire up the team.
But targeting one of our players with boos and jeers, not for me

He was wasting valuable time with his sulky amble off the pitch. Watching him barely able to put one foot in front of the other pisses people off. It's childish and disrespectful.

Scapegoat.co.uk

there are many others in the team who also needs to leave. Ndombele does not hold the responsibilty alone
And that's true. Problem is of all the players we need out of the door, Tanguy is the one on Sunday that put in the least effort, and showed the least respect to the club and fans who are paying his wages, with his casual stroll off the pitch at 1-0 down. It's hardly surprising he's taking baring the brunt of the criticism now is it.

Answer: 1. Just this one. Probably 0.5 in that respect.

That's mostly if you ignore the fact that even when we've had 2, Son has played ahead of the second, and has been referred to as also being a striker when the subject has come up.

How many do you think it is, considering Vinicius left in the Summer?

He's been in a permanent disinterested sulk since poch left I feel.
Being dumped for the league cup final and his friends leaving have just Amplified his dis interest in the club and melancholy .

Very disappointed in him and how it's turned out but id not boo personally, don't like it.
Such a natural talent but poor mentally and work ethic, lucky he has the former or I feel he'd never have made it pro

It's ironic that he's close to sissoko, whose like the exact opposite player. No natural talent but massive work rate, and professionalism have gotten him to peaks of European football, 70 plus France caps, CL final, CL squad of the season

Such a pity

I don't like booing of our own players either, but sometimes it's warranted. Ndombele is stealing a massive wage packet from supporters and his 'can't be arsed' body language and attitude winds them up. I've supported him a lot in the past but his sulky and petulant behaviour has put an end to that. The sooner he goes and we replace with someone who gives a shit and doesn't behave like a spoilt child the better in my book.

i'm a huge proponent of supporting the players because we want to get the best performance we can out of them. and booing, rarely helps. However, when a player does something purposefully that hurts the team, then let er rip. I would never ever boo a player for a bad bit of skill or even a poor decision because we aren't in their shoes and don't see what they see. But to saunter off when you are 1 down, injure another player? That person needs negative feedback and lots of it.

1.5, seems like longer though because Poch didn't like to use Llorente and Mourinho didn't like to use Vinicius. Because they weren't good enough.

The unbalanced squad's has gone on for decades though.

I don't think there's many clubs with a balanced squad the way you describe. The only ones that manage true strength in depth are the ones who pay massive wages to keep quality players on the sidelines like Man City and Chelsea.

There will always be a big ego manager out there that believes he's the one able to turn the player around. The issue will be financial considering his wages and what we paid for him.

Or a big ego owner with an oil well?
