What about them.. what they did was nowhere as bad or dangerous as what Sissoko done he could of seriously hurt Arter.. if fans think that sort of thing is acceptable then they need to take a look at themselves.. not only could it of caused serious injury & though he didn't see red which he should of.. down to ten men could of cost us a point.. Pochettino needs to clamp down on this sort of behaviour in my opinion

It depends on the intensity I don't think Dembele's was as dangerous.. an elbow can smash an eye socket.. lets just agree to disagree b4 we bore the pants off people

Are you old enough to remember John Fashanu elbowing Gary Mabbutt? (edit- just checked your profile and you would only have been a baby then) Broke his cheekbone in 4 places and his eye-socket in 3, and for a while it was feared he might lose the sight in that eye.

While I appreciate most elbows don't cause that much damage, there is a very real risk of serious eye damage as well as brain injury with elbowings.

Here's a picture of the injury several weeks after the incident, so you can imagine how bad it was at the time:

(edit 2) A year earlier, Gary Blissett of Brentford shattered John Uzzell's (Torquay) eye socket with an elbow. It ended Uzzell's career. Again, this picture is well into the recovery period:
