What would that team look like for Saturday then, if he were to take this approach?
Lloris
Tanganga Sanchez Lenglet
Spence Skipp Bissouma Sessegnon
Gil Kane Lucas

Sub Kane off at half time for Son so they both just play 45mins

I'd be surprised if Gil starts despite his good cameo last night. Conte has been pretty consistent throughout saying Gil is a very good player, that just isn't cut out for the Prem right now. Hope he'll give him a go because I think he's earned one after his last couple of sub appearances, but I don't see it personally.
I don't mind him not starting but I would hope to see him given 25-30 mins in the second half.

Personally I would give a few players some rest despite really badly needing the points. Might give a few a confidence boost too...

Lloris
Romero Lenglet Davies
Spence Bissouma Skipp Bentancur Sessegnon
Kane Son

Might swap Gil for one of the three CM's bit would like to see Lenglet in the CCB position as Dier's passing has been frustrating me recently

Not such a bad idea really, with one Kane exception. We have to make it to the KO stage of the CL.

Maybe go:

Forster
Tanganga Sanchez Lenglet
Emerson Skipp Biss Sess
Gil Kane Lucas
Is it more important to qualify for the knockout stages than try to finish top 4 this season??
That team would struggle to get a result away at Bournemouth.

Lloris

Sanchez
Dier
Davies

Doherty
Sess

Hojbjerg
Bissouma

Lucas
Son
Kane

I don’t trust Sanchez but save Romero for Marseille.
Bentancur is our best player along with Kane and only misses out so he can’t get a yellow and miss Liverpool.
I think Gil has earned a go, but tbh I just can’t see him being given it, hopefully some more sub minutes.
Basically all of the changes are because I imagine we will use the alternative for Marseille (Romero, Lenglet, Emerson, etc).

Consolidate top 4 this season and have a run at the Carabao and FA Cups is more important than the CL, IMO. I'd love for us to have a run at the CL but the squad isn't there for that yet.

Lloris
Romero, Dier, Lenglet
Doc, Bissouma, Skipp, Sess

We need to make 11 changes and rest all our key players and save them for Tuesday. I really dont want us to play thursday nights again so soon.

With the world cup around the corner and the game on tuesday, i can see even our first 11 losing to Bournemouth away as i dont think they'll put in the shift needed to beat a team like that away from home. So we may aswell save the legs for the big one on tuesday.

We might also lose the game on Tuesday, so why don't we just play our u18's tomorrow, u21's on Tuesday, and then first team against Liverpool?

Then again we could lose the Liverpool game...

Bournemouth have really turned things around since Parker left.

Their young team will be well up for it, a very tricky game.

Anything less than full strength will be handing them the 3 points.

We really need a win just for morale, going into Marseille winless in 5 will not be great.

We’ll be playing them next season if we don’t win matches like Bournemout away

Info:

This will be Tottenham's ninth game in 29 days. That's a game just over every three days. Antonio Conte hasn't been rotating much either - it's not his style and, in fairness, the injury list at Spurs has made that difficult for him.

Harry Kane has played 718 minutes in this period - only Virgil van Dijk (720) has played more of any outfield Premier League player across all competitions. The next three behind Kane in this list are Spurs trio Eric Dier (700), Rodrigo Bentancur (695) and Son Heung-Min (687). You can forgive them if they're feeling a tad leggy.

The demanding schedule for a team that runs the highest average distance per game in the Premier League (112.4km) is without question taking its toll.

WE NEED FRESH LEGS !

I would rest a lot of the players, the Marseille game is one we can't lose.

Forster
Sanchez Lenglet Davies
Emerson Bissouma Skipp White Sessegnon
Lucas Gil

I agree.. but we can't afford to lose the Bournemouth-game either... 3-4 changes for each game must be enough... the WB's can rotate without any problem. ?... then Højbjerg/Benta can't play both games. We need to use Yves B. and Skipp... Dier needs a break. Lenglet in for him..... I would still play Kane. He's the only striker with goals at the moment... Sonny... not 2 × 90 minutes...

We have until May to get top 4, we have one game to reach UCL knockouts. I wouldn't rest players tomorrow personally, at least not many. We can catch up on any dropped points tomorrow whereas we have one group game left to get through.

Losing to Bournemouth... or not winning... would smash our confidence totally. That would have a negative impact on the Marseille-game... we need positive results fast. And at the same time, we need to use our squad. It's a difficult task... but we have to take every game seriously without running players into the ground.
