our away form is pretty badWe need to make 11 changes and rest all our key players and save them for Tuesday. I really dont want us to play thursday nights again so soon.
With the world cup around the corner and the game on tuesday, i can see even our first 11 losing to Bournemouth away as i dont think they'll put in the shift needed to beat a team like that away from home. So we may aswell save the legs for the big one on tuesday.
I didn't say we shouldn't take it seriously? All I am saying is that there is plenty of time left in the season IF we drop points tomorrow and it isn't the end of the world. Between the two games Marseille should absolutely be the priority. Now that doesn't mean we should play a completely different XI v Bournemouth either.Losing to Bournemouth... or not winning... would smash our confidence totally. That would have a negative impact on the Marseille-game... we need positive results fast. And at the same time, we need to use our squad. It's a difficult task... but we have to take every game seriously without running players into the ground.
Fair enough.. ?.. for me both games are equally important ... we have Liverpool next in the league... we have to get 3 points at Bournemouth IMO...I didn't say we shouldn't take it seriously? All conte wants is tension, he still talks about the VAR decision, raging, game tomorrow and what will he be raging aboutI didn't say we shouldn't take it seriously? The priority is the league. We are not winning either competition but need to get back in CL if poss.I didn't say we shouldn't take it seriously? if this is the case then our problem is much bigger than just a few games lost and bad performances. We need to make 11 changes and rest all our key players and save them for Tuesday. I really dont want us to play thursday nights again so soon.

Some early team news....
Nothing certain yet, got a few issues, Hojbjerg and Romero played with injuries, so will be a late call on them tomorrow......but...
Dier will be rested for Sanchez..is definite.
?
So if Dier is being rested and Romero ends up not playing will it be Sanchez-Lenglet-Davies do we think?
Looks like conte is preparing us for Sanchez to start
Why not Tanganga? So if Dier is being rested and Romero ends up not playing will it be Sanchez-Lenglet-Davies do we think?
Why not Tanganga?
Don't know tbh.
I agreeTanganga hasn't been used for a while. I can't see him coming in to start
Sarr and white are playing u23s tooWell if we can’t take a player that started last game and the injury situation stay the same we are left with:
Forster
Emerson Sanchez Lenglet Sessegnon
Spence Bissouma Skipp Sarr White
Gil
Looks competitive!
