I'd just fuck around, be interesting and experiment a bit:

With the subs: Vorm, Fazio, Davies, Winks, Onomah, Townsend, Adebayor

Play three at the back, try something different. We don't have a right back in form currently, don't play one. Rose can play on the left providing width. Lamela high and wide on the right to occupy the left back (if Konchesky hardly someone we have to worry about bombing forward). Cm3 allowing Dembele to do his thing with Mason going box to box. Eriksen drifting around loosely playing from the left. On the bench a couple of youngsters to hopefully get some game time.

I've lost all interest in the season, pressure is off so lets mix it up and see what happens. Don't be boring Poch, try something new.

Judging from the MU debacle, I'd drop Walker, Dier, Mason, Townsend and Chadli and replace them with Chiriches, Fazio, Dembele, Davies, Soldado. Davies to play LB and Rose to play ALM.

I'd agree that it would b great to see Poch vary his tactics. I'd swap Vlad 2 d right side & put Dier central with Mousa covering d right midfield spot in a 3-4-3 formation. If things weren't working out or Poch felt d game was 2 open it would b very easy 2 revert 2 his 4-2-3-1 system without having 2 change any personnel.

I would like to see Lamela in the CM 2.
Tackles, tracks back, great eye for a pass and he loves to play centrally.
