I'd put Pienaar straight in. I want to see what he can do. Also I think he would allow us to play the more modern 4231 system. IMO 2 wingers left us a bit predictable. Lennon come on as an impact sub to run at tired legs.

I agree on the shape. I still don't think any of strikers deserve a place in the team. I wish HR would get stronger.

I love Lennon but Hutton just nullifies his threat so I think it's best to go with a front 3 of VDV/Defoe/Bale.

Team picks itself really. Pienaar has to force his way into the midfield when he gets his opportunity for me so starts on the bench.

Crouch shouldnt start after Sunday, toss up between which of the other two start, probably Defoe.
