Stictly speaking UEFA don't deem it, the English and Welsh FA's do, they insist on being seperate with seperate international teams despite being in the same country.

Be very surprised if we change formation even for a game like this. Personally I'd prefer the fringe players to get used to the system we will be using on every other game, in case they are called upon.

There is a lot more sprinting with intensity at RB than in CM, so if you were thinking of resting Sissoko by playing him at RB you might need to think again. Using the same players, but saving Sissoko's legs a little you could play our usual formation:

I like this. Would agree about giving Bale and Lo Celso 45-60 mins as i'd like to see both start against Chelsea
