Team Vs Reading

Well another game is another a few days away so how does everyone think we should line up for Reading? I am not too fussed Bale is missing tbh as he needs a rest sometimes and at home to Reading is just about the perfect game for it.

never by the look of it, there were pictures of him in full training nearly a month ago, and no news about him having a set back.

Dempsey, Siggy and Parker all deserve a game for how they've performed recently, Naughton also deserves to continue and it would be good to give Walker a break. Resting Sandro now would be good for later in the season, i'd very much hope that AVB uses this game and the FA cup to give him an extended break, maybe even reward him by letting have a holiday, I don't know how these things work though.​

We shouldn't have any complacency going into the Reading game because Reading do put lots of effort in and ran Manchester City close only a week ago but I this team should be enough to win​

never by the look of it, there were pictures of him in full training nearly a month ago, and no news about him having a set back.

He was even ice skating the other evening - posted it on his twitter. You don't ice skate with a knee injury.

If you're not a primitive target-striker it must be a nightmare to play with Defoe;
it's not a coincidence that Ade looks a lot better when someone with more of a footballbrain as a partner - and more often than not we're looking a lot better as a team as well.

Defoe is a great first-choice-striker for a bottomhalf team, but to progress and deliver more stability in our performaces we need better.
An in-fom and motivated Ade fits that, but there are issues regarding his motivation and performancres as well - so a new striker would be very welcomed.

Would like to see Falque and Carroll in particular get a chance to prove themselves so maybe switch Falque for Dempsey and Carroll for Dembele and possibly Townsend for Lennon after about 70 minutes maybe before if we're 3 up.​
