He had an ok game, he was at fault for both goals and for other chances as well. Teh first chance he did not track Robertson and was massively out of position,
1st goal he doesn't get close to Jota who doesn't even move just stands behind him 2 yards away and leaves him a free header,
2nd goal, gets beaten too easily on the left.

Yes he made some good sliding tackles but he is also shaking in possession and is just not trust worthy. He is a player we have to upgrade on and as he is the one who would command a large fee and be weight for a swap deals like Kounde he has to go.

God dam hater... Why cant everyone just see the good in our players and eliminate the bad stuff from their memory bank xD

Maybe because he is always the same? He’s a player who needs upgrading and is not good enough. Why do you want to persist with a guy who makes a lot of mistakes.

Tbf, we already upgraded that spot. He's just got a hamstring injury right now. Otherwise Sanchez would have never seen the pitch on Sunday.

I’m seeing squads with lots of rotation but this is a great chance for a cup and West Ham are no mugs this season. I’d play a very similar team to Liverpool, just use the bench earlier if it’s going well.

West Ham sit back and look
To counter. We need players that can break up play/protect the back 4 and players who can unlock them when they sit deep.
Arsenal dominated them by pressing quickly, high and in numbers, we need a mobile team who can do that.

I'd like to see the same as Sunday with a couple of changes. Reguilon for Sess, just because the wingbacks need to rest. Same goes for Doherty coming in for Emerson. Tanganga for Sanchez is a swap I'd like to see, but the lad really needs to start showing something as he's moving on to my list of players we can afford to let go.

Winks, Dele and Skipp would be my midfield three. Hojbjerg and GLC could take the RCM spot, perhaps even give Skipp a go as the deepest of the three to see if he can distribute it as well as Winks did on Sunday. I'd also like to see Son and Kane given a small rest, but I think Kane has to play. Bergwijn or Moura to come in.

I just read on another forum 200 tickets in the Park Lane have been sold to West Ham fans. I am only a messenger.

Winks and Dele play their hearts out, and still everyone here wants to see them benched and omits them from suggested XI's.
100% they both start tomorrow. In a full strength team.

I hope, a bit like in the second half of the Leeds game where we were forced to rapidly take a step forward into something that Conte thought we weren't ready for, that being somewhat hampered by Covid into playing two up top with a no.10 is something that we carry forward from here. The only change I'd make from the Liverpool game is Skipp in for Tanguy and give Winks his role because he's the better passer, and Reggie for Sess for no other reason than to rotate because of the shift we're looking for LWB to put in. You could maybe make a case for putting Lucas in for Son to give him a break, because he looked leggy.

That was by far the best we've played for a long time, and even though there might have been a couple of un-fancied players starting, they did the business and should be trusted to have another shot imo.

Edit: Also, would give me some extra pride to smash these lot with a team stacked with Spurs academy products and proper COYS lads. Will be more up for the fight than Ndombele.

Ideal for Lucas to play this game- both to pres and break thru their lines of defence.
Him on one side- Sess on the other
Pace and quick passing I feel will be very important in this one
