The list for those who don’t want to click
the link:

Alderweireld, Aurier, Winks, Sissoko, Lamela, CCV and Dier or Sanchez.

I would be happy if we could find buyers for all these players. But I don’t think this would bring in a lot of transfer funds if we want to use the money for first team players.

Selling the above list is doable if someone wants them.
We may have to drop our asking prices, but if we are going to buy some premier ready players they are high on the list of wants then it would be worth it.
While I liked last years squad on paper~ if Bale alone doesn't return then there is a massive saving (My hope is for GLC, NDOM and DELE to step up).
Others have said selling early is going to be key this summer and I think one of our top favourites will head for a new club.

we're not getting 100m for them, maybe 60m.
Are you kidding? Assuming we can sell the lot listed even in these difficult times I would expect between 150 to 160 mil.
Toby 5 to 10 mil. Aurier 20. Winks 30. Sissoko 10. Lamela 25. CCV 5. Dier 30. Sanchez 30.
Most clubs don't sell all the players they want to move out but if we can sell this little lot, with 150 we can buy 3 very good players.

I can understand why our own fans are undervaluing some of these players, but I think a few of them could surprise some of you.

Dier for example still has a pretty big reputation, Winks too. They aren’t suddenly going to be sold for a pittance to some club in a Mickey Mouse league. Winks has the bonus of home grown status, so most English clubs would see him at the very least as a good back up option to fill out the squad.

Our main problem will be shifting the likes of Aurier and Lamela, who have short contracts left, Lamela in particular is a massive risk injury wise too. Sissoko is reportedly on quite high wages, so again will be hard to move on. I wouldn’t expect much more than token fees for Lamela or Toby, while I think the club would expect a decent amount for both Sissoko and Aurier, and I could see us ending up with them stuck here come the end of the window.

What we need is for Villa or another lower PL team to 'Do a Sunderland'
Make an offer for 3 of the above players and then at least the players could have some mates with em in their new club.

toby 5m- depends if we have to pay his wages after the move
aurier 10m- a little more (12-15)
winks 15m- home grown- could be a little more (18-20)
sissoko 5m- no more like 15- A French international who played this summer
lamela 5m- FFS 12 to 15 at least
ccv 3m- ok up to 5
dier 15m- I get it but he's still young enough - 20 to 22
anchez 20m- LOL cost over 40, no way we accept under 25

By me reconing about 100m if we get lucky
We'll see- this is going to be interesting to see if we take a hit/ hits on some of these players

I think you're well out with Winks and Lamela. Winks has been interesting a couple of clubs in the past couple of seasons and I think 30 mil is a good estimate. Just because he isn't popular with the fans doesn't mean he's not wanted by other clubs and Lamela has had interest from a couple of Italian clubs recently so again 25 mil is a fair price. Regards Aurier I believe PSG offered 20 mil in January. Sissoko was playing in the Euro's last week so 10 Mil is a snip. The others could be anything from 5 to 10 mil so I still think my original quotes for the 7 is very gettable. Only time will tell but I hope I'm right as we need the money to buy because I don't see Levy putting in any of the clubs money. We have to sell to buy.

There's absolutely no way we're getting 25m for Lamela. Or anything close to it.

Lamela is nearly a free transfer.

There are reasonable fees to be had for Winks, Dier/Sanchez and CCV seems to be interesting some teams at a certain value.

After PSG pulled out there might not be that many options for Aurier, not many clubs have much money to spend on 30+ midfielders, and Toby seems to be looking for a move back to Belgium so that won't be suitcases full of cash for that transfer fee.

If Lamela finds a club to got to, I'd be happy to let him go for a nominal fee tbh.
It frees up the wages and a squad place and in my opinion, he's been a good servant to the club so deserves it.
I get that many don't rate him but he's always given his all, often playing through injuries or when not fully fit.

I like the club to look after players that have fought for (and loved) the shirt.

1 year left on Lamela’s contract. Will just have to hope his reputation in Italy will alert more than one club to him. If so, maybe £10m.

Winks, Dier and Sanchez should get decent prices. Sanchez getting great reviews from the Copa America. Sissoko of course was part of the French squad at the Euros so should get a decent price. Also players who have gone from us, especially defenders have done well elsewhere…Trippier, Foyth being the latest

Do you really think Levy would agree to those fees? You're probably in the right ball-park for some of them, but I think others are way off. It's safe to say we have all been frustrated by Levy's reluctance to budge on his valuations of deadwood in the past, so I don't see why that's suddenly going to change. Last summer, he negotiated £12m for KWP and £13.5m for Foyth (both fringe players who only proved good value retrospectively...as most of our exiting players are likely to at a lesser club). Also, he got £18m for Wimmer haha!

Obviously age is a factor for Toby and Sissoko's valuations, but surely no-one who gets playing time at a major tournament for one of the top international teams in the world goes as cheaply as £5m. Both are under contract until 2023. Against Italy and Portugal, I thought Toby looked like the world-class CB we had in 2015-17.

"Alright City, we'll sell you Harry"
"Finally. 100mil plus Jesus?"
"We're feeling generous, 75 and Zinchenko"
"Wow! We'll get the contracts ready now"
"Good good. Winksy is excited to play in the CL with you next season"
"Wait what?"

You are right as far as the likes of Dier and Winks are concerned. Been England internationals until recently and I'm sure they'll move for more than the numbers quoted in that post.
