Since you seem to be speaking for England, I'll just say a few words for Australia!
It is clear I think now it was Warner and Smith, and it appears Warner was the leader. I agree with what you said re them playing for Australia again. They cant, ever. They wont get lifetime bans, but they really can never be selected again regardless.

As for our boys swinging the ball, how well have we traditionally gone in England with the Duke ball? Terry Alderman is the only bowler in recent memory who has been able to move the ball, whereas you guys have it moving all over the place. Just sayin......

Sorry but that's a really flippant comment re Lehmann. He's an asshole of a man? Know him well do you? I do know people who do know him well, and he is an absolute champ. You think he is the only person in Australia who has a problem with Broad? For what is worth we cant stand the pelican. And yes the reason is his not out decision.

The truth will come out soon, but it does appear at this point it was only Smith and Warner. Cricket Australia can't fuck this investigation up. If, and only if the bowlers are cleared of any wrong doing I hope the cricket public in general worldwide accept their innocence and let them get on with the game they love. Lets not presume until we know the truth.

I don't recall us getting significantly more reverse than you guys? We beat you with orthodox swing.

Seems there were extra cameras were on them because there were questions over how early the ball was swinging. Ashes was the same story and with all that tape on Warner's hand - the cheating has been going on for a while.

Sting operation from Vaughan!

"We actually said to our cameramen: 'Go out (and) have a look, boys. They're using something.'

"They searched for an hour and a half until they saw something and then they started following Bancroft and they actually caught him."

No doubt that they cheated in the ashes too.

Ceremonial handing over of the urn?

If you lot actually believe we cheated during the ashes then that's fine. I'm happy to bag the crap out of any of our players that did, the same as I'm calling for blood now. But show me the evidence.
But until then, as much as it bothers you, we were the better team. End of.

Here, I composed this just for you :woot:

Steve Smith wanted wickets
his bowlers got fuck all
so David ****hooks Warner
said tamper with the ball

Smith said we need a fallguy
a patsy we can blame
so David Warner found one
and Bancroft was his name

oooh my old man's an umpire
he wears an umpires hat
those fucking cheating Aussies
got caught, so Smith, owzat?

Ooh touchy! :sneaky:

Can you honestly say you don’t think they were? If Vaughan was so confident to ask the cameras to search for the evidence it’s because his suspicions had been growing over time. No easy way to go back in time now and prove it, but there is enough reason to doubt any of Australia’s recent victories. That’s the problem with cheating - it tars everything!

It wasn't Vaughan who said that, it was Fanie De Villiers

This is from the article you linked to:

Vaughan is not the only former international cricketer to have his suspicions, with former South Africa fast bowler Fanie de Villiers saying he told camera operators to keep an eye on the Australians in the field while commentating in Cape Town.

"I said earlier on, that if they could get reverse swing in the 26th, 27th, 28th over then they are doing something different from what everyone else does," De Villiers told RSN Radio.

"We actually said to our cameramen: 'Go out (and) have a look, boys. They're using something.'

"They searched for an hour and a half until they saw something and then they started following Bancroft and they actually caught him."

Yes I'm that confident. There was no reason to. Even your countrymen agreed your effort in the first 3 tests was below average. As I have sound countless times whats going on makes me sick, I do not believe this was happening in Australia. And again I'm more than happy to ask for blood if someone can prove me wrong. Not touchy at all. Smith, Warner and Bancroft are guilty as fuck now, but until I see evidence of cheating during the ashes, I'll believe we were the better team.

The replacement for Lehman will definitely be Justin Langer.

Not long and we will know the ban!

Smith and Warner are the backbone of the batting line up and are easily the best batsmen in the country. Covering them will be impossible but in the short to medium term we all would prefer to lose honourably than see them in the team!

You were definitely the better team, no doubt. And for what it's worth, I don't think there was much difference in the amount (or how early) of reverse swing that both teams appeared to generate, just you guys had the quicker and better bowlers (Jimmy aside as he was a Trojan) to put it to use.

What is funny is how your (CA's) official twitter account tweeted that Jimmy would need to explain himself after appearing to clean the shiny side of the ball with his nail. If ever a tweet has come back to bite...

i dont really get it tbh....the 'white line' about not doctoring the ball with a foreign object is spurious to me. Atherton was caught doing it years ago, Wasim/Waqar too IIRC (which i have to think had something to do with the prodigious reverse swing they were able to produce when everyone else was bowling pie chuckers.. Its akin to tripping in rugby for me i.e everyone gets worked up about it for little obvious reason, usually ignoring far worse behaviour in the process.
