foreigners and the top foreigners seem more difficult to convince without CL football

It's all fine and dandy saying we can sign 2 decent players with the money from the sale of Modric but other than VDV and the 2 year (it felt like 2 years) wait for Sandro ... we've been unable to attract any other decent players in 3 windows ... even with Champs League football and wods of cash to spend.

If I was a professional footballer playing at the highest level and Spurs wanted to sign me .... would I be interested in moving to a team who's best player wants to leave, who's manager doesn't know the meaning of tactics and is more concerned with the pending England job and staying out of jail .... and a club that has been unable to attract any other quality players .... I think not.

Kia Joorabchian leaking details of Chelsea's bid to SSN does not qualify as ITK. It qualifies for a hit to be taken out, but I'm not suggesting anyone actually does that.

Our pursuit of a striker over the last year or so has been absolutely shambolic and inept, we could of had rossi a year ago for 18 now we'd happily pay 30 but I doubt he's interested now. That, if they are serious, should have been their opening offer.

Reject everything unless Modric says he will never pull on a Spurs shirt again. Then it's off to Spain, Italy or Germany

Nothing wrong with making a bid. We should treat it in the way it deserves. Ignore it.
