No round-up today, it will all be caught up with on Monday.

So i'll take this chance to comment on the recent goings on regarding this thread, how it is run and the rules.

In previous windows, we've tried several different things which ended with our doing away with this thread completely and giving each piece of ITK its own thread and letting discussion take place there. That format will return in future windows but in an effort to be fair to those who wanted this thread, it was re-opened for the last month of the transfer window.

There has always been a bone of contention regarding the policing of this thread I intended to send a PM to the RR's asking that discussion be allowed to take whatever course it naturally took and we be more relaxed when policing it, but it never got sent due to my senility, being busy with work or being a complete knobhead. You decide.

Anyway, better late than never, here's the rules;

1: No ITK abuse.

2: No spam. If the thread starts getting filled with discussion on how many hairs Bill Oddie has on is vagina, they will be deleted. (The answer is 16 by the way)

3: Other than our being relaxed as to where the conversation might drift the usual rules of the site apply

4: New ITK can be posted within the thread but please PM it to one or two of the RR's so they can update the ITK Forum. Or put it up yourself, following the format used by the RR's. If new ITK starts getting lost in the discussion thread without being given its own thread then it all kind of loses its point and we'll consider reverting back to the old format.

Making sure the ITK forum is up to date is the key. It helps those who don't want to wade through loads of pages finding it and hopefully, this will make everone's life easier all round.

We know we'll never be able to keep everyone happy but by switching formats, at least both camps have a period of having ITK presented to them in their preferred manner.

I don't know why so don't ask why but I have this feelings in my waters that Dzeko is that big signing that will get us a shot at the title

Could also just be wishful thinking

Damn, now you got my juces flowing!!

Man City really messing their players around, with Bellamy not allowed go where he wants and Ireland told to go to Villa and improve. Given also very unhappy at not being picked for today, it seems.

I wonder if there is any Man Shitty ITK (blue moon, etc) on whether their spending spree will be over, following the imminent arrival of Milner? They can only register 25, so all the other clubs are probably waiting for Roberto to come out and say they're done, so they can go along and do some normal business.

The phoney war has ended - it starts today!!

Let's get the three points, send City packing then put pressure on the pretend Mancs to pull Bellamy and Ireland.

I would bet on Juventus signing Dzeko. He's publicly said he wants to go there, and they just sold Wolfsburg Diego for 18m Euros

More chance of Ozil I reckon

You should know. You have a doctorate in knowing. This could seriously harm your chances of tenure. You'll never make professor at this rate, you know.

Ozil will be going to Madrid. Only club to have put a bid in.

Why not Dzeko and Ozil. If we can get one of these players it could go a long way to convincing the other that we're on the edge of something big here.. With our new stadium and the promise of better wages . I really think we can do it . ILFSWTYEIO
