Ryan, I think that he knows he is a genuine candidate.
Again, i posted earlier to the mods and asked that will happen to Harry in regards to tax.

I can tell you that the FA had an eye on Pearce but results hasn't gone his way.
He would be the appropriate candidate as he is working with the young up and coming England stars.

The fa could have had Harry how many times already? Capello has hardly made himself insatiable has he? The thing is, they are looking for a reason not to go for Harry at a time when Everyman and his dog are wanting Harry.

I'm quite happily laying Harry on betfair. That's how conifident I am

it didn't sound like diarra, and now confirmed not kaka or higuain. as far as RM are concerned, that really only leaves an outsider, perhaps a pedro leon. otherwise it has to be a different team.

Perhaps the FA didn't approach Harry previously because they'd be forced to pay off Capello's huge contract.

Even Daniel Levy didn't know about VDV until deadline day. We may have registered an interest in him earlier in the window, but the offer fell on our laps on deadline day. We can't be expecting that to happen again this time.
We have a good relationship with them and good contact was established.
Perhaps another falls into our laps on deadline day again.

I really don't think we would be that lucky again Ackie, and if thats what we are hoping to happen its not looking good.

That would be the simply idealistic view for sure.

In reality they have spoke to Harry many times over the past 10 years and yet he is no closer to getting the job. In fact if you listen to the noises coming from the fa, it would suggest that he couldn't be further from taking over.

Prison, community sentence, fine or public stoning. It makes no difference, it would be the guilty next to his name that will break him, if indeed he was found guilty

Good relationship with Real Madrid or not, we still need to convince their players to join. Not only do we have no CL football (debateable whether we'd have got VDV without it) but we offer much lower wages than Real Madrid.

I sure as hell hope we're not relying on Madrid to help us out again.

Thank fuck the results went against Pearce. Just a likeable version of McClaren.

I disagree, Mclaren is a much better manager than pearce

Fair enough, if he is not the next england manager I just hope he is backed by the fans and Levy to spend,

So, with all this idle chit chat about potential Real Madrid players winging their merry way to us, does anyone know what time the Super Cup is on, line ups etc??
