Just hoping now with n'jie done now (pretty much) hope we really start to push for others as doesn't seem like we are getting anywhere with others too much, with Bobby going we must be pushing for a striker now too even with poch supposedly wanting wf's as cover which I'm hoping he don't.

Also remember defoe's comeback unveiling too in his flat cap lol

Pretty sure N'jie is the WF cover/rotation. I think he will be used in a similar way to how MP used J-Rod at Saints.

Huge relief to get ITK that we're still after Berahino despite N'Jie's arrival. There's a strong possibility Kane will be selected for England senior games and possibly the Euros therefore he will play 2 years straight without much rest. Rather than hope Hodgson rests him, we should be providing him with more cover to avoid burnout.

Assuming N'Jie is announced today then I would certainly expect him to be unveiled on the pitch before kick-off.....on his birthday too in case people didn't know. Let's hope we can give him a win as a present.

Additionally Poch's comments to Simon Peach were eye opening in terms of how he views the player. He talked about his versatility and pace and agree with Trix that he's gonna play WF more often than not but can also be cover as a striker.

If I had to put money on it then I'm still hoping for:

Berahino
Bender
Maybe 1 other if the right player is available.

Fazio
Adebayor (if we can do it)

Everything we have heard indicates that we push simultaneously for all our transfers and that our pushing hard, soft or with a semi doesn't make the slightest bit of difference if others holes aren't gaping and ready to accept.

We are waiting for others to apply the lube.

3 years, he played u21 this summer.

Good news on Ade. Thought this would be the case, he really has no where to go. Would be no good for him to not play this year, he needs the exposure. Hasn't played most of last year another year and no one will know who he is...

Yep, and it's not surprising either. Wouldn't expect it to happen before deadline day, he's perfectly content sitting on his ass collecting wages. The less he has to do the better it seems.
