I agree, I think this is something that Mr Levy might well pull off from leftfield.

If the reported wages of £340k a week from the unpronounceable Russian team were true, I am sure anyone would jump at that, he only has to do a year out there and decide it's not for him!

From the noises etoo was making earlier in the week about coming to the premier league was anything to go by, it's not against the realms of possibility, who else would potentially have the money or draw to sign him?

Farfan would be a decent enough signing. Haven't seen to much of him but remember him playing a blinder down the Lane a few years back. But to be fair is was Gilberto marking him.

Farfan is most wanted by Juventus, but I think we could get a pretty good offer.
Rossi wont be a 'last minute' a.k.a vdv bid.
Van der vaart was not wanted in Real Madrid, Rossi is more then wanted in Villarreal.

I don't think a player like etoo is outside the realms of possibilities. If you aim for the stars and all that. All I know is we are prepared to spend proper money by all accounts on a Rossi. I know it's not as much as anzi obviously but coupled with ambition who knows

I sometimes think that Crouchy aims for the stars. He's often closer to them than the goal.
