Is it me or does it seem odd that someone at our kit sponsor, particularly one not involved in the football division, would know about a deal? He's not a big player after all. I doubt we're calling them, asking to get additional kits made for his announcement.

I'm not attempting to bash, but just because someone ends up on here form another forum, it doesn't make it reliable (I wouldn't question material if it were from recognized itk). Drabble isn't specific to twitter.

It is really clear that whilst we sit here and say, we would love spurs to sign player X, or I have heard we are in for player Y, there are some common factors that illustrate the likelihood of a transfer, most notably contract expiry, age and international experience. All seems common sense in retrospect, but worth a read none the less.
