Nikola Pokrivac (25), Mladen Bartulovic (24), Manuel Pamic (24) and Drago Gabric (24) have all had recent call-ups and could be considered (borderline) "young"

none of them play club football in Croatia

Depends if he's striker number 4 or the 4th choice after 1 2 and 3 sign for Liverpool.
Infact I swear I saw something about him being a Liverpool target

One more thought:

Matej Delac 18 yrs old GK. Plays in dutch league but belongs to Chelsea.

Marijan Antolovic - 22 yrs old GK. Plays in Poland.

Both very promising, altough Delac always had the bigger reputation despite being 4 yrs younger.

He's an Everton target deffo, so that might be what you saw

Thought about Strinic aswell but he moved there in January, and if Im not mistaken a player still cant play for 3 different clubs withing a years time. That would rule him out till January 2012.

Actually, he can.

He cannot play for 3 different clubs in 1 season, but there's nothing to stop him moving on again this summer. For example, Demba Ba only joined Spam in January but will most likely join a new club now.

That also would not rule out Rakitic despite his Sevilla move, altho it would be highly unlikely

I don't think they're clues mate, that's not ryan's style. He's been told what he's been told, and that's that we're interested in a young croat not playing in croatia. We've just got to make of that what we can :shrug:

there are no other clues at the moment. What ryan knows he has passed on, like he said, he wasn't given a name
