I'll be pissed if we bring back in Assou-Ekotto. He lost me after he mocked our loss to Liverpool which you fucking know he was happy about since it meant the end to AVB who shipped him off because he clearly had a problem training. He disrespected the entire club and our players. It would be a huge mistake to bring him back. He's become a poison.
Why would he mock us? He travels to watch our Away games in th stands (Fulham). I think you're seeing in that picture what you want to see.

Far from poision, he has an infectious personality which keeps people smiling and laughing.

I guess you missed the bit where Ade came out and said, with good evidence, that the meaning of that picture wasn't as people perceived?

i don't necessarily think he should come back with Rose as our no.1. Would he want to come back and sit on the bench?

Suspect Naughton out with Fredericks getting a chance to provide cover, possibility of BAE returning although Tim has brought Grant Ward in from the Youth setup. Obika, Coulibaly and Kane suddenly featured in club news this week...

I do wonder if we will be influenced in our spending at all by the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool and any potential business they do. At the beging of the season they where considered equals, I wonder if that feeling still applies. Ultimately, it's Baldini who should be looking at the team and seeing where we are weakest then strengthen accordingly.

No, it's been pointed out to him numerous times... Just chooses to ignore the truth for his own little fantasy

I think Kaboom might be finished (which I'm very upset about) so I think we need another central defender. Get the feeling that Vlad could offer decent cover at either full-back position (based on nothing but my reading of his style of play), so one centre-back would be sufficient to bring our squad strength up to scratch in defence.

Not so much the post that I'm confused about, but I was convinced that you and "absolute bobbins" were the same person who, in an ego maniacal or just schizophrenic frenzy, created multiple accounts, with the "absolute bobbins" being the drunk Mr. Hyde character, while Bobbins was the presentable "everyman" with widespread appeal.

Weird to see you two replying to each other.

I've been working off the theory that 'absolute bobbins' is the alter ego of 'Bobbins' for a while now. I think they reply to each other so as not to arouse suspicion. ;)

I wonder what part Funtime Frankie will have to play in all this. There was rumour going around that Sherwood demanded he'd be in charge of transfer dealings and, as pally as he may be with Levy, I can't see Levy shoving aside Franco that quickly.

I do hope they can see eye to eye when it comes to transfers.

Do we have any lb's shining in the academy? If not then I definitely think one has to be brought in. Rose is a Sherwood favourite so it's unlikely we'll be spending big bucks to bring in a top class player. Maybe an experienced pro or youngster. More likely than not simply Benny back

Sell Livermore & Naughton

Kaboul has until January to prove his worth otherwise move him on given his contract ends this summer

Keep BAE at QPR. After Danny Rose's comments today about Tim talking him up to get into the team I expect DR to keep his place in the team.

I do not expect to see any signings, except for a CB if we sell Kaboul and if we sell Defoe (hopefully).

This has been a friendly discussion, to which we all have our own opinions. If you don't lile the dicussion, please feel free to move on.
It may well have been a friendly discussion but it was in the wrong place. This thread is for discussing ITK not, among other things, the merits of substitutions in the previous match.

I have this thread on 'watch' because I am interested in ITK. When I receive an alert and see several pages of off-topic discussion - particularly about subjects for which other threads exist - then it wastes my time and pisses me off. I'm sure I'm not alone. So instead of selfishly saying saying 'feel free to move on' to those who complain, please have some consideration for others when you feel tempted to spam the thread with irrelevant chat.

Fryers is the only young player good enough to play LB....Kevin Stewart is the next in line but he's more of a RB/CB.

i wouldnt care if we dont bring anyone in as long as we get rid of defoe and dawson... although it would be tricky with the latter as we'd need to bring someone else in to replace.

I don't expect anything to happen apart from Ekotto being recalled - that's it.
And Carroll to apparently. I wonder if there are any plans to get rid of any central mids with Bentaleb looking to break through and Carroll seemingly highly rated by TS. Eriksen, Holtby, Dembele, Paulinho, Capoue and Sandro on top of the two youngsters (and Livermore out on loan) is a bit much for 3 (possibly even 2) positions.

Won't be happening since Kaboul is now seemingly Ledley-ed. He's lost it, the poor bastard, but I can't see him leaving until the summer. Sherwood has said he wants people he can trust and the club captain is probably not going to change anytime soon.
