Sandro has just 2 years left on his deal. Therefore highly unlikely Levy will agree on a loan deal without Sandro agreeing to extend his deal. And I would doubt Sandro would extend if he was shipped out to lowly QPR. He is better than that IMO.

Apparently if he plays on Thursday for Villarreal in the EL, he'll be cup-tied for the rest of the competition (assuming Villarreal get through, which they will...)

Awesome, let's hope the wheels are turning rapidly now then. Or that we've moved on to our back up target. I do wonder if the European fixtures might take our negotiating up just a notch....

Isn't it supposedly River who is causing the delay.....Levy should jump in and offer River to be a "strategic partner" just like Inter. Porto Allegre, San Jose and Standard Liege(?)...it sounds good and we never deliver anything on it but it seems to make teams happy. Maybe that will speed up the negotiations.

The transfer window is so frustrating at times. Poch has been in charge for a while now, and I am sure there is loads going on behind the scenes, which I wish we knew more about

But ultimately we are already into the new season with less than 2 weeks left of the window and we have got into a LB and a reserve GK. I feel we have been down this road so many times. Lets hope for a good last 2 weeks of the window!

I'd much rather see the signings from last summer start to show their worth.

No excuses this season for Lamela, Soldado, Chiriches etc.
