The nonsense @JJetset has to put up with on twitter is so stupid, even had one guy practically calling him a WUM, what a chump!

He has been surprisingly optimistic this summer, and i think we can all take that as a positive for our activities even if targets are not being made crystal clear at the moment.

This is what I was trying to say yesterday only to be pulled up for apparently suggesting that people aren't allowed to have opinions. Good times.

For the life of me, I still can't understand how and why people neg rep the ITK in the read only thread as well. It genuinely blows my mind that people don't get it.

Twitter is twitter is twitter. You get all sorts on there. if you choose to use that form of media then you sign up to sometimes 'alternative' comments. Thankfully on here there is a degree of protection and on the whole sense. If someone calls him a WUM on there then that goes with the territory. I'm sure JJ is a big enough boy not to get upset by that tbh.

Could be a case that the deal initially broke down and that's why Levy might have intervened himself and made his way to Spain.

Piecing together what JJ and the press have said about Alderweireld I'm guessing that his agent touted him to us (hence why the press line was Alderweireld expects to move to Spurs, not Spurs expect to sign Alderweireld) followed by us enquring to Atletico before something between the clubs/agents has gone awry. Expect the press to go for the 'Alderweireld deal collapses after Levy changes goal posts' story any day now.
