Cheers mate
Anyone got the video?
Fulop's skill hinges directly on how much agony he can cause us. So if he was a gooner he'd be shit hot.
2 strikers, a winger to backup lennon, and a gk id guessAqyayid's "one down" - is that a reference to the signing of Vertonghen, with 4 more to come? If so, it would kind of imply the other 4 are imminent...I wonder who...?
Well, perhaps behind the scenes...I'm calling it early...
Today will be a BIG day!

And has the somewhat annoying use of "Vertonghen" been banned, as, thankfully, I haven't seen it bandied about much in the last couple of days.
Clockwise from top left, Dozzell, Crouch, Ruddock and Modric.
From reading the quotes on the interview and seeing how Sky broke the news etc...and he continued to answer questions in the conference, its quite obvious somebody has told him to tweet that comment afterwards, just to keep things right until its absolutely official.
Agreed, it was far too quick a rebuttal too. Sounds like an official was right on him as soon as he exited the conference. Because I doubt he'd take back all that so soon after the conference voluntarily.
Absolutely, I only saw the full quotes about ten minutes ago. Definitely somebody has told him to state that as he obviously wasn't supposed to say as much as he did - which the press loved - and was told to state that he was still an Ajax player. Pretty obvious when you think about it.
Bless him, excitement obviously got the better of him
Apparently he was quite taken back by the attention he was receiving on this, that probably led to him sharing more than what he was supposed to.
Wow there is some drama queens on here

Definitely. Why else would you jump on Twitter so soon after an interview? From reading the quotes on the interview and seeing how Sky broke the news etc...and he continued to answer questions in the conference, its quite obvious somebody has told him to tweet that comment afterwards, just to keep things right until its absolutely official.

One of the things about Twitter in Football is that it gives people the opportunity to make quick 'as good as official' statements when necessary. With easy Twitter access via a modern phone it's easy to get your message across quickly, rather than wait to make a statement through other channels.
