strange how all the ITK is Lass and Ade, nothing about any other players

starting to look like we may only get these 2 in

ITK just in, a bit cryptic, but expect 'players with character', from HR himself. Answers on a postcard.

Ade possibly, Lass not really, Parker? Barton? Harry says he knows exactly what we need, seems to be blaming Levy again. Lass a Levy signing???

diarra
adebayor
cahill

for starters.

and any half decent winger with a a brain and some technique and an eye for a goal or two.

after tonight i wud def go all out for a second striker along with adebayor, someone who might bot be top top name but someone who knows how to put a shift in. someone like a dirk kuyt wud be fucking immence for us up front. a real hard worker and good under rated player. even on right hand side instead of lennon wud be immense. but i know . no chance of getting him but that sort of player

I still think we will sign:

Adebayor
Diarra
Cahill/Samba/Tasci

And I hope:

Another striker
A winger. Please. Marin or Afellay

Would you describe Diarra as having character/steel? Never really thought of him like that, but can't say I've paid that much attention to him in particular in the past. Wondered whether HR wants Parker, Levy want Diarra for obvious reasons.

dont care what anyone says on here about diarra. he is fucking quality player, gets stuck right in and not afraid to but boot in either. thats exactly what we need and more of it. too many fancy dans at spurs without any balls and backbone. he offers us that in spades and for whatever he lacks wel will make up with vdvd and modric and bale ... wud be fantastic signing.

Spine of team Is CB,CM,CF

So CF= Adebayor , CM = Diarra , CB = Cahill or Samba, and i have heard maybe jagileka(everton)

As for Parker DL has said that he wont do this deal as price to high no sell on fee coz of his age! And for barton i have had some ITK on barton and he is a back up option if we cant another one of our targets but doubtfull because when we spoke to agent he wasnt to keen on a move to london!

You're right, we missed Sandro's grit today in the middle.

not sure if he has a hard work ethic like a kuyt . i dont think he has enough stamina and energy to be that type of striker but lets be honest here my 90 year old granny has more desire and hunger and energy than defoe any day or night of the fucking week. he is a fucking disgrace.

We need a player like neville to keep the other players on check and get our players to press more, people may laugh but what he does off the ball make everton play better and harder to play against

Our management has for the last 12-18 months been scouring the world for a shiny new striker to upgrade on the 3, previously 4, mugs we have upfront and the best we can come up with is a moody Manchester City reject.....on loan..... Enough said about our scouting network!!!

Amazed at how quiet it is on here, thought there would be a glut of info after the game.

A few signings would lift the whole club, from top to bottom. With all the false alarms on signings, even today, one would seriously hope that something will happen in the next day or two.

Critical we get Diarra ASAP. His work rate and industry, allied with his underrated skills going forward, is just the tonic to lift the team out on the pitch. I also think Diarra is absolute quality, screw the naysayers.

can we keep away from the, We need....
and go on the information that we have been given.

Yes we are all frustrated at todays result, but this isn't the thread for wish lists or to talk about the dynamics of our club.

Do you actually believe that Sunny?

Why do you not think that it could be that the coaching team and the scouts have nominated top strikers and all the big names some before they had great seasons and the chairman wont do the right deals to get them?

WTF do we need him for?

Premier league experience...............well let's be honest our Harry can't see beyond that, only a matter of time before he wants him.

Yeah didn't Harry say that we could have had Rossi for around £18m last year but he couldn't make up his fucking mind because he believed the 4 clowns we had were good enough!
