There'd be absolutely no point in ENIC putting in the money they have only to scrape the barrel with someone like Lenglet in a key position.

But IF true, it depends on if Conte wants him or not. If Conte wants him and you'd suspect he does if moving this early, then I'm happy.

Think its Paratici just ready to pull the trigger with few deals lined up

Having CB options of Romero, Bastoni, Lenglet, Dier, Davies/Sanchez would put us in a great position IMO.

We're still going to get good deals though as we've seen with Perisic and Forster. I don't get this idea that we have 150m so every signing must be expensive. We've got plenty of examples of cheap signings who have done great. I'm sure we will spend big too but considering we're probably looking at about 7 incoming for the senior squad we still need cheap deals too. I also imagine we will also look to sign a few lower division players for the development squad. Not to mention we dont have to spend our full budget and the 150m isn't even immediate either.

This sounds more like an Amrabat option to me. A last resort in case other deals fall through.

Lenglet was quite good at Sevilla , which earned him a move to Barca.
But this link seems agenda pushing the agenda rather than we are serious about it - cant see it
