Are you saying you know more than Sky then? Because they just reported that N'Zogbia would be coming back from Dubai on Friday to discuss personal terms and have a medical.

Take the info with a pinch of salt and bear in mind sky thought we were signing Carles Puyol once. Bitch when there is no ITK and bitch when there is. No wonder people with info question whether sharing info is worthwhile or not.

forget what skysports are saying. whether or not the tottenham 3 have medicals tomorrow is just a suggestion because that have booked the BMI medical center all day. N'zogbia will have medical tomorrow. the deal might be finalised Friday but the medical is definitly tomorrow. Like i say, they cant believe they have sold Downing for £20million and bought in N'zogbia for less than £10million. They wont want to hold out on getting it done.

But N'Zog is in dubai so how is he going to have a medical tomorrow?

Can I just start laughing at some of the valuations of Jenas as a result of the Journo's info.

This is a guy who DOES NOT get a game for us and hasn't played regularly for far too long, and people are pricing him around the same as Crouch/VDV, around £8m!

Get real people, if we got shot of him for £3m that's good business. The £15m for the 3 sounds pretty close to what I'd expect, hence Villa can talk to the players.
Have to agree. More to the point with their contracts varying from between one and three years it probably saves us wages of !7 million plus. Therefore freeing up 32 million for transfer fees and wages over three years ie two decent players.

that depends on whether the players agree personal terms. then it will go back to the clubs. jenas is the one who they fear is most doubtful. If jenas pulls out it will then take longer because the clubs will have to sort out a price for the two. Surprisingly they seem confident with Crouch.

I'd take £15m upfront and save £120 -150,000 on the wage bill for these three, we could wait for more but who will cough up? We don't want Levy to wait untill the last minute to buy so I say sell now and we may see inward movement.

Levy is way too greedy to accept £15m for 3 players he paid £24m for. Personally I would bite their hand off, but sadly our dear leader will not.

I agree, how Villa can expect us to only pay them £15M to take that shower of shite off our hands I will never know! We should make it £25M just to make absolutely sure these deals go through.

wait a minute - VDV was not an 8m player for a start.

Jenas is a good player and i said in my valuation of 7-8m that that is his value for a team like villa. For us he may be worth 5 (same as o'hara) however for villa he would be one of the first names on the team sheet therefore he is of greater value - for that we should get a higher rate i.e. 7 or 8 million. That was my point on it. As for Crouch, i think at 30+ and with a low return on goals in the league his value is roughly the same as he may not start every game for villa. Hutton is only 2 or 3 because of his contract so in total i'm saying between about 17 and 20 million which goes with the info that villa are close enough at 15 to start talking to players. Levy may want an extra 3 on top of that and then deal.

Trouble is with Jenas is that he has married a "Nice Jewish Girl" who is very close to her Mum and loves living in London:roll:

And if the figures are to be believed, then the money from these 3 and O'Hara pretty much covers our new players to date, Diarra and Affelay? Still no spend from our budget.
