When applying for the work permit if everything is done correctly then it won't get turned down. All this talk of the work permit being rejected really is guess work by people who have no clue how the procedure actually works. If by some reason he was rejected I'd heavily suspect that the department is filled with Arsenal and Chelsea fans.

I'd much rather rely on posters on an internet forum who are simultaneously chartered accountants, experienced M&A lawyers and immigration compliance specialists.
