IF it is going to be next week that we hear anything official , as per a lot of the information we have been given, I for one would quite like to see some payback to some of the idiot journalists who have tried to undermine the Club (I have a particular dislike for much that the Daily Mail prints. ) So i think DL should
- call a press conference for 8am on Monday morning to announce the new manager (get em out early on a Monday morning)
- give them just enough time to get back to their offices and then call another press conference to announce the new signings (in about an hours time so they have to rush back)
- if any of them complains, politely explain that our new manager had an extremely productive morning and that the phone has not stopped ringing with quality players wanting to come to the Club
- let them get back to their offices and then announce a 6pm press conference. Don't say what it is about in advance and announce the new funding or whatever it is they are working on.

As has been mentioned, it was a scratch and sniff type thing. If I actually could reach down towards my 'nethers' with my own face, I'd never post on here again. And yes, I'd probably swallow.
Re agragoats's info, why would we loan Livermore out after he has played as many games as he has for us. I don't doubt they'd enquire, but I can't see him going unless it's a transfer.

Apologies if this has been covered and I missed it, but we haven't seen anything from The Journalist since HR left (or day after to be precise). Do we know if he is still active as an ITK? I seem to remember that he was quite prolific in previous windows

Prolific with information but miles away with accuracy when it comes to THFC. Very good with Villa though.
Having seen all the itk coming in as regards AVB i cannot believe how readily everyone is to accept the appointment of a manager who was an unmitagated disaster at one of our rival clubs.
For Daniel Levy to tell Harry he wants the club to go in a different direction, if we appoint AVB the only direction i can see us going is backward to mid-table obscurity again.
