Levy knows with some serious investment we can trust avb to deliver

We should be after players like Moutinho, Willian, sneijder, Llorente and Leandro and we can really push the Manchester sides

I really want Sneijder, the man is just brilliant. But, I think our best best is Moutinho. AVB is a supposed master of talent and tactical analysis. He seemed to do a great job for Mourinho, and the players that were brought in under his direction, under Chelsea, are the reason they are seeing their current success. I believe that AVB knows what he needs to complete his team. So if that player is Moutinho, I hope we get him.

Like you would expect AVB to stay here if RM comes knocking when The Special One gets fired? What part of football isn't self fucking motivated and who in football gives a fuck about anyone else?

You have been living a sheltered life if you think that there's any loyalty left in this game we love.

Game theory Gaz!

Do what's good for yourself by all means... But to achieve the most "win", do also what's good for team... VdV comes to mind.. Even if he leaves, leaving with profit and notice given way in advance so replacements can be sought and relationship with all remain strong

I think that is one scenario we don't need to worry about at all. I bet both my testicles RM will not appoint a Portuguese manager, and propably not even get another portoguese player for a long long time after Mourinho and Ronaldo are gone! Obviously you haven't really been paying attention to RM and what's being going on behind the scenes!!

Then unless you have a truckload of testicles like A&C  you're going to lose both your testicles. RM are interested only in success if the best manager happens to be from Portugal or Timbuktu they are not not going to give a shit, as long as that person can give them success that is what matters to them.

I agree and with this in mind I reckon they would fancy themselves a German! Given how Dortmund have played against them this season I would be backing Klopp.

Half of the fans on here don't know what's going on behind the scene at Spurs, why would we want to pay any attention to what's going on at RM?

To be fare Gaz has a point! ive been saying the same, peeps on here are so quick to have a right dig at H, which quite frankly is disrespectfull and ridiculous! there is Know loyalty these days, wether its players or managers, that im afraid is fact!! Too question what H did for the club in the manner i read on here, is unbelievable..Ramos, Gross, Santini etc never got this much slaughtering by peeps on here, and they were nowhere near as succesfull as H...crazy!!!!
But I thing his success here is one of the reasons for the anger. We had a successful manager, doing well with the team and then it changed. And the reason it changed was the possibility of the England job. If he'd have been seen to continue to do his best in the job for the club then wherever we ended up, we would have been happy. But he didn't.

You want a clumsy analogy? It's like a relationship. Instead of concentrating on the girl Harry was currently seeing, when another attractive girl started gentle flirting, Harry did a little bit of flirting back. By the time the new girl picked a different fella to date, Harry had ignored his girl so much that the relationship had soured, and had to end. His girl blamed him.

If Harry had told the new girl he was with someone at the start, and carried on with the relationship he had, no-one would have begrudged him ending things for the new girl if she asked him.

It's how he acted that causes the anger. He stopped trying to do his best for Spurs. None of the other managers you mentioned did, they just weren't good enough.

Just read an article that Xabi Alonso's future is in doubt. Could he fit into our team? WE might have first option on him with our link to Real Madrid?
