Come on fellas, all Bizness said was he needed to wait for the cursory approval of Ben as there had been some flapping over on FTL about the shit that Dragon got (brought on his own head I might add) and people like BEN and Dragon had requested this procedure and Bizness clearly wanted to stay right side of their forum protocol - which would have soon died down.

Let's not stoop the their level if they want to be a bit pissy. Lets show a bit of class.

That is completely wrong. None of them requested that it wasn't posted on here or that anyone should check first. If they had we'd have respected that like we have before (even though it's on COYS within seconds).

IMO ITKs must be extremely naive to post info on FTL (or any forum for that matter) and expect it to be kept private. It will be picked up by the other forums, twitter, newsnow and half of the country's football journos within the hour. Get over yourselves.

PS - if Dragon1 got a telling off from his/her source, then stiff shit. Serves them right for acting like a twat. Nothing to do with the people spreading on t'internet.

Out of interest what would that make the total value of the transfer package, in your opinion?
I'd value Sahin at about £25m, so obviously therefore £35m.

£35m in straight cash would be a good deal, but to get a deal worth £35m including a replacement kills two birds with one stone, so that's what makes it a superb deal for us.

I wouldn't put him at that price and love him. He barely played last year that has to lower his value.

He won the Bundesliga POTY aged 22, and has performed fantastically for his country. He was out for a long period with an injury. He's still a top class player, and at his age, in the current market, with 5 years left on his contract, I think £25m is about right.

Quite, and I read it as the club, not some nebulous 'source', being pissed off with him for acting like a Grade-A dick and spreading his, 'That Jenas, I told him what for' shit over the interweb.

I don't think Sahin would be part of the Modric deal. They would probably be totally seperate transfers. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they get Modric at a cutdown price and we get Sahin at a cutdown price in return.

Agree, IF Andre actually wants Sahin.

There are probably some very good reasons for doing that, but would it make us look like we were willing to sell our players on the cheap?

Shakespeare's plays and poems weren't written by Shakespeare. They were written by another man of the same name.

Real bought him for like 8m. He didn't play last year. How does his value go up 17m without him playing?

Because Real bought him in the last year of his contract when it was clear he would rather move there than sign a new one? 8m was a bargain price because Dortmund couldn't hang onto him any longer, or Madrid would have just got him for free.
