listen we have 4 strikers.....

we want a better one that we can afford....how many fit the bill???

imo fabiano yes, huntelaar no....who else is out there that is a next level striker we can afford??

they have to be proven to be better than keane, defoe, pav & crouchy??

its not a case of back up plans...wew arent desperate we just want to improve..

The problem we have now though is that Keane will know that we've been trying to offload him. It's hardly going to help his form is it?

didnt Berlesconni recently state the goofy would be staying for life?

Yes he did. He absolutely loves him. We've got no chance with that one.

Ronaldinho? Either barnes spurs' source is spinning a yarn or if it is the truth then Levy is getting desperate. Ronaldinho world class - five years ago. A fat showpony these days. Can u imagine him let loose on the London nightlife?!!!!!

have you seen goofy play this season at all...back to his best

I don't think he's trying to do anything. He wants to build the stadium and is hording money to do so. It's been obvious since last summer when we barely spend them (and that was just because of Woody's injury).

Gallas on a free and Pletisoka on a loan are pretty keen indicators that my theory is sound.

Yeah, what was Levy thinking of getting Bale and Modric to sign new contracts.

Should've sold them off for a healthy profit so we could've got 56,250 people to watch a load of old dross.

If only real life was like Championship manager. You know about as much as to what Levy's intentions have been as the rest of us. In other words, not a lot.

Goofy is playing a blinder at the moment, nearly back to the form that catipulted him to be labeled the best player in the world.

BS, Last season he showed flashes of brilliance but he's lost about five yards of pace. He's nowhere near the old Ronny of his Barca days, not even close.

Forlan? Why would he want to come, do Atletico need the money? Pipedream. Suarez, ditto. Concentrate on Falcao and Gomez. Sign the one you get a deal for first and fuck the rest. Please don't spend 19 of the next 20 hrs on a player who won't sign and leave yourselves no wiggle room.

cant see young to us happening now. thats one i wanted cos although striker much needed as well no top notch one is willing to come.

keane is in dublin now with irish squad as hutton in scotland with their side. cant see keane leaving and hoping on jet, getting medical etc etc with someone. he is only striker i can see leaving so if he dont go then no one in....

i can see jenas leaving for stoke, old pal act between pulis and arry on that one..

i think hutton will leave on loan to maybe someone like west ham or brummie but aprt from that i can see our lot been done by muntari in and jenas out. fucking depressing thought but im living in hope that spurs will shock me and ill wake up with news that spurs have agreed fees with some top top players

Dear Mr Levy,

Sorry I didn't sign but London doesn't have enough cake shops.

Thanks,

Goofy!

Its funny, just before that ITK was posted, I was looking through the big european teams to see who had strikers that they could sell without the need to sign an emergency last minute replacement. I had just looked at Milan and thought that their squad is huge and had just signed Ibrahimavic.

I do think this type of signing is our most likely. Its not against the realms of possibility that a Suarez or Forlan could come, because money talks. But at this late stage, a quality player at a quality club who could afford to lose them seems more likely.

Well, there's been no ITK, so let's leave discussing his pros and cons until we have some.
