Sorry but I was not reporting media link but making a joke. This was in response to me writing the Mail is saying we are getting Wilson from Utd and wether that will that save Stoof's jewels. There are lots of posts that are left that are not ITK. It is very difficult to discern what is and what is not acceptible.

It was the fact he'd made the statement that I couldn't believe.

Lloris was supposedly a surprise 'gift' from Lewis,
(where 'gift' probably means more like a loan.)
If Lewis feels the time is right to cash in, then he will, and that is that really.

Where the hell did this rumour come from? A gift would suggest that Levy had no idea and loan would imply third part ownership which is banned in the EPL.

There is also the fact that Levy is the chairman of the club and holding company so he can tell Lewis to do one if Lewis came a calling about it.
To top it all off, there's the small face that the profit from a Lloris sale would be the equivalent of what Joe Lewis leaves down the side of his sofa.
