All I keep hearing is getting someone with experience in....Yeah that's all well and good, but doesn't mean we will improve. I would rather get someone with no experience if it means we improve and get better,just look at bentaleb, Mason and kane last year, what if we got experienced players in instead of them last year, or played soldado and ade up top all year.....

Wow we really are desperate for some experience in there if thats the case. We were so naive in cm for much of last season.

In terms of outgoings, which e expect a couple of million for Fredericks too.

Is lovely to see us seemingly getting rid of our deadwood, finally. It feels like a cleansing process.

I do hope the wide positions are a priority for us too though. If we're to have Alli and one other midfielder who will probably either be someone in a slight defensive or very energetic and mobile mould then I think that could be alright, even though I want us to get more of a ball playing CM + DM but we'll need to be a lot more effective from the wings if that's the case. We haven't really been linked with any wingers. Kono yes but if we were actually quite interested I think he would be here already.

We wont shift Dembele unless we get an astronomically amazing offer come in for him.
Which wont happen.

Good news as far as I'm concerned. A limited and ultimately frustrating player, but I wouldn't want to lose him from the squad. Still has a lot to offer.

I suppose the thing is that football players tend to be a bit dim and egotistical. A dangerous combination when it comes to making sensible long term decisions about their future!

Seems pretty obvious, but if Stambouli and Capoue are both leaving and we bring one in they have to be proper DM as no other CM at the club is able to play that role. I know Bentalab supposedly did last season, but I don't think he's good enough in that role.

I was hoping Stambouli would stay as cover, but he's probably pissed off that he hasn't had a look in. Can't blame him really.
