yes, players are legally free to talk to foreign clubs when they have 6 months left on their deal. it's 100% done, subject to a medical.

As legally binding as any contract is. If it's broken we will be due financial recompense at least.

Means fuck all really, it's pre-season for the state championships, which is like Spurs having to play Harlow Town, Chesunt, Ware and Potters Bar in a mini-league.
