It's no real surprise about RM and their obvious attempts to unsettle HK, although I think it would have been good to get Luka back so some of our younger players experience of training with him.

I have had a feeling that Pulisic could be a Tottenham signing.

it worked with Sonny and AIA we became massive in Asia.

And obviously with the NFL, Nike deals done, the best footballer USA have had in yonks makes perfect sense.

An ESPN article from 2016 indicates he signed a 7 year deal to keep him with Nike until 2022. The USMNT wears Nike. Dortmund wears...Puma.

I honestly believe that his agents will push him to a Nike team. He's the biggest marketing tool in a decade for US Soccer. Those clubs would be City, Chelsea, and Spurs. Pool would be the natural fit for him, but they're stocked with pacy wingers and they're a New Balance sponsored club.

Yes he makes a ton of sense on and off the field, but I highly doubt he'd be cheap even with a clause and due to demand (Liverpool mentioned today) would probably require a high wage. Not sure he's huge enough to be this summer's mooted big statement signing, whilst also probably being too expensive to being in addition to.

I'd me so hyped if we got him and I'm not even American, our US based fans must be frothing at the prospect. Can't blame fans for bringing him up but I refuse to think too much about it until we get more ITK or news reports on him...

I would be well made up with any of the top players in the side extending their contracts. It's not just about keeping said player(s) for a bit longer but the overall positive effect that it has on the team.

Yes we have, from Herc a few months ago. Apparently he is keen, we are interested and there is a deal that wouldn't cost us the earth if we went for him.

I still think he is a very likely purchase considering his age, nationality, sponsorship (nike) and how poorly BVB are doing at the moment including their obvious issues with management. Whether or not he is the player Herc is currently referring to is another matter.

Wasn't it on deadline day (or just before) where JJ said 'pace' wasn't happening. Would suggest the Sessegnons (by cross referencing the various ITK late in the window) so maybe there has been further progress there?
