But what matters is that the Colorados for the appreciation of the 9 shirt of the player means staying at least until the end of the year at the Beira-Rio. The signing takes place on Thursday, after the duel with Atletico-PR.

Besieged by di ferent proposals of European football, Damien is a conviction Luigi. The president said some opportunities that hold the player until the end of the year, at least. Then, in an interview after the game with Atletico-MG, the trustee has not confirmed the permanence of the 9 shirt.

The manager confirmed that Vinicius Prates renewal means staying until the end of 2011 at the Beira-Rio.

May I remind you the last 2 transfer windows have been terrible as far as signing what we desperately need more than anything goes? I believe in the Leader, however he isn't without his mistakes.

Lower the asking prices Daniel, just get them off the damn wage bill!

The January window was crap, but I'm glad we didn't pay 35m in desperation.. and Re Carroll I was one of the biggest advocates for signing him. Not Rossi, still don't think he's what we need.

The window before, Sandro VDV and Gallas turned out pretty well didn't they?

Then the two windows before that amounted to us qualifying for the Champions League. The Window before even that saw us saved from relegation. The window before that put in place a large chunk of the side who eventually qualified for the Champions league. The Window before that gave us Woodgate and he scored the winner v Chelsea in the CC final, therefore making that window successful.

Basically, last January, a dodgy time ordinarily anyway, is the only window in recent memory that I can remember being particularly poor. Yes, we should've signed a striker last summer, but we didn't and we still made other improvements. Last season without any of Gallas, VDV or Sandro would've been mighty interesting I reckon.

Mistakes may well have been made, by DL and by Redknapp, but they've done far more right than wrong, especially the little bald man, and I have faith that this summer they'll deliver.

'drop your prices levy'? huh? did POTL mention anything about deals being undermined through unrealistic price setting? indeed, i think he said 'no bids'. No bids mean, well, no bids, right? Different if he said, 'loads of bids, but we won't accept, as they are below our valuation for the player'. There's nothing stopping a team from bidding less than we value. But apparently they ain't even doin' that.

In short... give mr. levy a break. he's hardly steered us wrong in the past when it comes to offloading players for a good return.

Dude, do you read the papers?

The accuracy of paper stories providing accurate info is at best, as good as the random ITK we get on here.

Where have you been the last 20 years. How many stories about how many players we are signing have popped up in the papers the last 5 years....id say pushing 100 different players. We have maybe signed 10% of those.

I know this has been mentioned before but the trouble with cyptic clues is that we can quite easily read what ever we want into it! Untill names are specificaly mentioned or better yet announced as signing all we're doing is driving ourselves crazy with 22 pages of cyptic guessing!!

Think the only ITK that's probally on the mark is that we are struggling to shift our deadwood and I think untill we move some out were arent going to see the big signings that we all desperatly want and god knows I'm desperate!! If we signed a top striker today I think I would have a sex wee over the laptop!
