I mentioned on here the other day that I've got some mates living in Montpellier and they think this guy is the next big striker to come out of the country. More importantly they think he is perfectly suited to a lone role in the Prem.

As you say, given that info we must have had a good look at him.

I remember you saying that, dude, remember you being the one who responded to when I last mentioned him as well !

I tend to be a realist when it comes to expecting signings, but I'm gonna cross my fingers and hope that a 16-18m pound bid gets put in for him sometime this week. We may be biding our time on this particular one, so as not to alert other clubs, so we can then power in with a late bid and a juicy amount of money for Montpellier.

Thats my positive hypothesis !!

I don't think it's going to be a normal transfer window in that we'll be hanging on for the last minute expecting a deal to be done. It doesn't look like much is happening.

even the usual big spenders are quiet

Can't see a lot happening anyway, will Harry be in court on transfer deadline? Can you imagine Levy running through the court room "HARRY, KAKA FOR £20M, DEAL OR NO DEAL?!"

This Montpellier lad looks to have some talent but he's another player who has only had 2 good seasons and I believe was playing pretty much non league football at 21 so isn't by any means a proven player and could go the way of the pav
