I've a feeling Lennon will still be with us tomorrow. It doesn't seem like he fancies any of the options.

Stoke might change the game as it appears that's the destination that offers the safest chance of staying in the EPL. I don't really think that Everton interest was real, Hull/West Brom/QPR are all in the thick of the relegation battle.

What happens if Kane picked up quite a serious injury?

I'd be happy with the squad to if someone could guarantee me that Kane will see out the season no problem. But if he gets injured the whole landscape changes dramatically for us.

That does seem to happen to us every February to be fair.

Sometimes that's the risk you have to take. Signing another striker doesn't guarantee instant goals either. It may take time for new player to settle etc. Although in saying that, lets hope Kane doesn't get injured

If Adebayor did go then I think we would just look to tide us over with a short term option till the summer. Rickie Lambert on loan I imagine who we would go for...

Its not just the goals though, its the work rate from the front. Adebayor and Soldado don't offer a tenth of what Kane does in that respect - running the channels, chasing lost causes, pressing consistently and the sheer desire to win.

But yeah, lets hope he stays injury free.

i just cant see this Lambert Deal happening or am i missing something? do Liverpool need to shift him on? all in all why would they do us any favours when we are a main rival vying for the same spot?

Injury apart.......Harry will need to be protected/rested , he will be totally burnt out the way he plays if he is not given some small break soon, so we must have better options than Ade/Bobby, we must buy a striker.

I agree, especially considering his back problem means he can't play two 90mins in a week, if he leaves Lvpool on loan it will be to someone like West Brom not a rival for European places. Still think if Lennon & Ade go, Kevin Merellis would be most likely in as he could cover both positions maybe Berihino if Levy through enough money at WB but wouldn't hold out much hope of that happening.
