If A.C Milan who has the backing of the Mafia and until Recently the Goverment are struggling then I'm sure Juve is struggling as well.

"Juventus unlike most of their rivals in Serie A own their own stadium, however they still recorded significant losses last season with a 95 million Euro loss. However it should be noted that with qualification to the Champions League next season this will be significantly reduced as well as with prize money from winning the title.

Swiss Ramble note that despite losses being high a large proportion of this is down to the club ‘cleaning house’ for example releasing players as well as cutting back on staff. Much of the loss was also down to a significant reduction in TV revenue which again will increase next season due to Champions League football returning to Juventus.

The new stadium whilst costing a lot was a shrewd investment and will bring in significant income for the club helping them to break even with match day revenue predicted to double in the new stadium. Much of the revenue issues are also linked to the match fixing scandal which cost the club lucrative sponsorship deals and is responsible for the side failing to achieve Champions League football until now. With this hopefully behind them the club could return to profitability soon and despite recording larger losses than their rivals last season the new stadium and increased Champions League revenue could see them able to meet the FFP sooner than some may think, sooner even than their Italian rivals."

I'm bored of the Juventus talk now, if you want to talk about them do it either in General Football or the Llorente thread.

just a reminder, please do not demand ask for more information from people passing on information on SC or on other sites.

They pass on what they have been told, and we dont want them to feel pressured to get more information.
When they hear something they will let you know, you do not have any right to demand any information from them at all.

Well Juventus moved to the new stadium recently, but considering that it has only 41,000 capacity, I would expect theirs match day incomes to be lower than those of Spurs. Therefore I wouldn't be so sure about them being able to offer bigger wages than us.

Well they have been linked with offering Llorente 35k a week but their match day income would higher than ours as it has much better facilities and it was built to take advantage of hospitality money. They are also one of the first to own their own stadium in Italy and Inter are moving out of San siro in a couple of year and Ac are also looking to move

Don't mind people rating my post dumb... I can't see a problem with what i'm saying. Why doesn't he ask his mate to elaborate and find out what he knows. His mate text him saying Leandro!!!! AND????????????? Find out more details, and then post your info on here or COYS.

I agree. Not sure why you got dumb ratings for asking something that was pretty much common sense!

The thing is, every now and again, something like this info from GarethBale on COYS will turn up and it'll turn out to be genuine. For all we know he may have verified this with the mods on COYS, but even if he hasn't what i'm more concerned about is people slating it because it doesn't satisfy certain criteria that exists only in their heads.

I've had plenty of PM's over the years from people who have some info but are literally too scared to post it because they don't want to be on the end of exactly the kind of reaction we get all too often in here. From what I can gather the guy is an established member on COYS and not prone to bouts of bullshitting. He's passing it on in good faith.

So, accept it for what it is and move on. Take your pinch of salt if it helps you get over it.

Because people see 1 dumb rating and then jump on the bandwagon. Before you know, it's going off like an AK47 :ROFLMAO:

This would have been a lot funnier if you'd got that picture of Heath Ledger as the Joker, and written "why so Serie A?" underneath.

Just saying.

You mods should publish a book of the rumours you heard through the years - that'd make interesting reading!

Well I'd find it interesting, but maybe some market research would help determine wether you'd cover publishing costs...

I don't think anyone is calling him a liar. But simply to reply back to his mates text and ask him to expand. Once he's obtained a bit more info, he can post on COYS or SC.
