Because we won't offer the money and have zero chance of signing them. Shelvey is not good enough.

I dont hear everything. MS I personally believe leaning towards United from whispers. Media with agent leaks printing a lot of inaccuracies and one should expect that, as their (media) source uses them to get new contracts and other clubs interested are fine examples. There are no new targets because we lost our preferred, so to speak as working and talking to the list of players we identified a long while ago. No need to panic is the word.

Our biggest hope is that Leverkusen can't squeeze both Kramer and Lars Bender into the same team, and we can tempt one of them.

By Trix's other ITK about there being multiple German's in the running for the CM slot and it being a different club to Kramer's Leverkusen, you'd probably have to narrow down the options to Dortmund and Sven Bender. Unless we somehow think that Seb Rode would make a massive jump.
