Personally think Madrid are well out of the picture. This is pure investment. Yes, this isn't the Levy we saw under the Redknapp regime but then most of that has fallen by the wayside now. It's all new people, all new channels and Levy wants to back his horse.

People like Aliz, HertYid, AtlantaYid over on coys have said that JL was funding this year with view on cashing in next summer on Bale, so it should not be a problem for DL.

Bale's situation is very simple. The club made a statement that he is not for sale. I posted upon what I heard similar. RM simply have to put the money on the table, and as of today confirmation was being sought from a financial authority regardless of what others are saying. I pm'd a few on Friday with developments and it was expected to of been public knowledge of sale by now.

That has not happened and RM would love the world to believe it is the club being difficult when actually it is not. From the staff's position they rather him go and move on. The spend was not and is not dependent on Bale either staying or going. If he stays they still want to pursue Lamela. For those who want to question the validity of this all I can say is you can take it with a ton of salt or appreciate that this has not just been shared in good faith but from as far as I am concerned highly reliable sources.

Levy won't let this happen....Never in a million years! Not sure JJ has the right handle on this one? No way would we run the club like we have done in years gone by and then make a schoolboy error like that.
