Lloris?Well, you have also Dempsey on 31st of August 2012.
Scott Parker 2011, Louis Saha Janaury-window 2012.
Then of course Chimbonda 31st of August 2006 I think.
Last one, even Jermaine Jenas, on 31st of August 2005.

Just had a brief convo with my mate, and got a few small bits.
MS (From MS side if things).
There are a few clubs showing interest and as I have already posted they have two firm bids in for him from two clubs. Am told he would still choose Poch(not Spurs) over both the other clubs though, so it's all about whether we really want him or not. Ali says we are still interested(which is great news), but the fact is MS still wants out badly and this very well may be a case of getting a fee agreed quickly or it may never happen.
Outgoings (very good source close to Poch)
Loads available, and interest in most of them. Getting rid of some of these is the key to who we bring in. Barring WF Poch is very happy numbers wise, and it is only the quality he is looking to upgrade. He would happily upgrade at, CB, CM and CF IF we can move the relevant players out first. I must stress though that Poch is very happy with the squad as is, but is also aware that it has contains a few players that are not really up to what he wants them to achieve. All the names have been mentioned countless times Sandro, Naughton, Lennon, Townsend, Ade, Soldado, Paulinho Fryers plus a few younger fringe players(loans) could all be part of the permutations of 4-5 out. Been told it definitely won't be a case of both Lennon and Townsend, or Ade and Soldado, and that the priority for today is making sure we are covered and balanced throughout the squad as best as we possible can be.
J-Rod/Wing Forward
I know Jjetset has said no chance but Poch still wants him in now. Fairly sure a WF will happen today as it is the one area that Poch believes we don't have covered. He doesn't believe either AT or AL are close to being an option playing from the left, and if there was a rabbit to b pulled today it will be one that play in this position if the likes of Welbeck/J-Rod prove to be unsuccessful.
*Opinion* if Saints are willing to sell we need to move quickly this morning if we want him, before things get too far down the line with one of the other interested parties. This is still doable from what I hear so now it is all down
The Fabled War Chest is being unloaded into the wheel barrow as we speak.
From Trix on coys...
I could definitely see us not getting our targets in on account of not being able to ship the necessary players out.
The problem that I see is that we have yet to add a forward with any real pace. The addition of a truly pacey forward (If we decide to ditch or cash in on Soldado) would give us a much needed different dimension, and would make us look a lot better in my opinion. Other than that, spot on mate. Thus far in the transfer window, we have sold Sigurdsson and seemingly loaned/sold Holtby. Meanwhile, we have yet to bring in a single attacking player to replace them. I don't believe we've signed one player that is a lock to be a regular in our starting XI, which was really what everyone was hoping for a few months ago (the consensus seemed to be 3 surefire starters at LB, CB, and LWF would've made a solid window).
Unfortunately, I don't see any real attacking players available on the market that can give us that goal scoring ability that we desperately need. Depay and Griezmann would've been the type of signings that would've transformed us, but those deals didn't come off. Remy would've been a very solid addition, but we waited too long and Chelsea swooped for him.
Losing out on Schneiderlin is one thing, but not bringing in a quality attacking player to supplement our front 4 would be a huge mistake. If Lamela or Chadli get hurt for any length of time, we will be in huge trouble, as Lennon and Townsend are a disaster in a system that relies on the front four scoring and creating goal scoring opportunities.
Waiting until January to address our attack would be a huge mistake. Deals then are even more difficult than now, and who knows how many points we'll have dropped by then. All I know is that we can't score goals against the top teams, and that clearly shows we need at least one player capable of getting a goal out of nowhere (which means he must be able to strike the ball from outside of 15 yards with pace).

Few snippets of info this morning:
Sandro is injured but his transfer still might go through.
Lennon not likely to go anywhere.
Holtby is 60/40 staying.
Please don't ask me for more details. That's all I've been told.
