I'm still not happy with Pav, Gio and Bassong being in it!

The problem is the significancy of the upgrades, Saha, while better than Pav isn't really anything to shout about really...oh yeah on loan btw. Thrifty again. Hoilett running out of contract or maybe Krasic on a loan, Levy must sky+ Super Scrimpers.

It's this constant brinkmanship, looking for good players cheap while trying to sell poor ones for a profit. Last minute again by the way, what were the odds on that?

Jenas, Bentley, Pav, Gio, Bassong, Corluka all not good enough and have either been linked away or already loaned, probably because no one will pay the crazy prices we want for them.

That's a bit unfair with the players you've quoted. Jenas and Bentley both injured so won't be sold. Not sure how you can say Corluka wasn't good enough. Bassong just needs regular games, why sell him on the cheap? Gio I agree with. Pav will probably go during the Russian window.

Agree we'vebeen tight this window, but it looks like we are trying for the big players but they won't come yet.

The players we wanted to buy weren't available/were too expensive so we've gone for the best player we can get on loan. Not ideal, but as a 3rd choice striker for a team that players one up front it's not terrible.
