Hopefully but if levy has tried to undercut the fee you could understand they are annoyed. But if they really need the money, as we are led to believe, then I'm assuming they will want to deal.

I love the way some people are trying to pin this on Levy, when it's clear that Aulas has been dicking us about.

According to l'Equipe yesterday morning we'd agreed €12m and up to €4.5m in add-ons with Lyon and were still negotiating personal terms. Last night those were sorted out, but in the meantime OL had decided they wanted €15m plus €4m. Perhaps we should tell them to stick it and walk away.

This bit bothers me. Teams wanting to be competing should not be relying on 'can do a job'...
We should have two options for each position. One to start, and one to compete and/or cover, keep them on their toes...




Just beats doing any actual real work...

So here it is, deadline day is upon us gentlemen!

Out of all the transfers to potentially take place, i sincerely hope we wrap up the Lloris deal as we have then strengthened all area's of the pitch and secured a fantastic 'keeper who hopefully hasn't even hit his peak yet and will be a mainstay for years to come.

Moutinho of course would be nice as would my ultimate transfer of Llorente but I just don't see these type of deals being feasible on the last day of the transfer window so i'm definitely going to err on the side of caution.

In any case, it'll be a rollercoaster of a day and i'm glad I can keep on top of things on the best site out there - keep up the good work lads!

Have had the week off A/L, and I know it's probably sad as fuck but I'm already listening to the dulcet tones of Mike Wedderburn and Alex Hammond (I'd destroy that...itd be quick but epic!) and I ain't moving.

The mere mention of the words Moutinho, striker and Levy is the same sentence could cause me to have a rather pleasant accident...like a sneeze, only better!!!
