Can someone explain what Chadli showed last season. I don't know What his key attributeS are to keep hold of him. He is not a LWF and was awful. He played behind the striker non existant.Played CM not strong enough slow on the ball. The only time I remember him effecting a game when he came on as sub and played off the RM and set up a goal. I don't think its enough.

He was playing in a shambles of a team and suffered a couple of injuries. But he's a big strong presence with two decent feet. He scored a couple of cracking goals against Benfica and Newcastle too.

Good news about Chadli. I saw enough in him last season to think he will could be very effective for us if given the right coaching and tactical direction. And not being played as a defensive midfielder!

Must admit the Trix info was kind of what I was expecting. Nothing earth shattering, but quite reasonable all the same and kind of ties in with the better ITK. Personally I'd prefer a player somewhere with a few more 'tricks' up his sleeve, but if this stuff comes off then I'll be a happy hoopy.

Kind of think it all depends on what bait is put on the hook and who nibbles at it. If you don't ask the question then maybe you don't get the answer. Still not clear to me whether these guys are Spurs related or just football guys in general. Maybe not even aware of the Yedlin stuff.

Actually that doesn't surprise me at all...

Remember where Yedlin is from: Seattle, Washington. Taylor Twellman, someone most Europeans wouldn't even know, broke the news. Trix has said his sources are football agents, and while they're international, I doubt that they would hear news from across the pond that quickly, especially if the story just broke in the past day.

Mate, it was his first season in the league, half of which was under a manager who seemed to avoid any sort of attacking threat, the other half under a manager who seemed to avoid any form of tactical awareness.
It's probably a bit early to judge him after one season, and if Chadders has impressed Poch in the limited time he's worked under him, he deserves the opportunity.
