I'm sorry if you need everyone to take everything you say as gospel - I thought the point of this thread was to talk about, and give our views on, itk.

I think that in retrospect breezer, you must see that the old "dose of salt" was majorly required for that caulker stuff.

Joe Lewis didn't make six hundred million billion pounds by dumping assets every time someone upset him. A footballer in his employ isn't being chucked out of the club unless its bona fide. There are employment laws, if absolutely nothing else.

We generally keep in touch with most of the ITKs who post on here and keep up to date if there are any changes in circumstances. For example everyone knows who Ryan's source ultimately was and hence why he might not be as close as he once was. JJ also said publicly that he's not as close as he used to be and is thinking about "retiring". Both are obviously still ITK though and we'll consider them as such.

I don't want to harp on about LLM but it's a good example to use here. His initial bits of info made sense knowing where they were coming from but suddenly he started making posts that implied he personally was present at training, etc which was our first red flag as that didn't add up with where his info was meant to be coming from (or even which country he was in!).

Wtf has this thread turned into, I don't post often but do read often and in all honesty the last week this page has gone to the shits. People complaining there is no itk, then it comes and the posters are torn apart. Then there's all the random bollocks, ideal team selections, who we should sign if it was our choice blah, blah fucking blah.
This thread if I'm correct is for the discussion of information given voluntarily and in good faith, I don't recall seeing itk saying our ideal team is x,y,z please discuss for 5 pages with your own ideal team. There's too much bullshit (I do realise this has just contributed to off-topic shit) in here and it's spoiling what should be a stress free (for itk type people) sharing of info
Anyway back into the shadows.....

That's how I see it too. The success or failure of this transfer window is still very much in the balance as far a I'm concerned. If we allow Bale to leave without bringing in a decent replacement, it will be a case of one step forward, two steps back as far as I'm concerned.
